I got a timeshare at Villa Del Palmar Flamingos in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The resort didn't transfer the maintenance fee like they were supposed to. Karen worked hard and fixed the problem. I'm happy I used Timeshare Closing Services. Thanks, Christopher F.

Me and my wife bought a timeshare and these guys closed it for us. We also complained to the Booker, but I think they're the same guys with a different name. We got tricked when we bought the timeshare and now we gotta pay an extra $290 every year to use it. The resort calls it a "Resort Fee" but they never told us about it before we bought it. This is messed up and we're gonna end up paying way more than we thought. These guys won't even call us back now that they got our money. We want our money back or we want them to cancel the contract. Or maybe they can talk to the resort and get us out of these fees.

I tried to buy a timeshare from Timeshare Broker Services with Timeshare Closing Services on March 30. I gave them $8749.00 to hold while they checked if the offer was accepted and finished the paperwork. But the agent, Jason L, didn't show any proof that the offer was accepted before the contract expired on April 2. The contract said that the seller had to give back the documents needed for closing within 14 days of getting them. But the seller didn't give back anything, so they broke the contract. That means I can ask for my money back. I asked the Agent and Timeshare Closing Services, LLC many times for my money back, but they haven't done anything yet.

Don't use this company to close your timeshare unless you wanna wait a long time, keep bugging them, and still not get straight answers. Even when you ask the boss, they still don't know what's going on. They give you a timeline but don't check with everyone involved, and then don't follow up when they miss it. They hardly tell you anything unless you complain, and even then, they don't do much. The boss, Amy *** and Manager, Debbie ***, are really bad at their jobs and don't get back to you when they say they will. They knew we couldn't do anything in January, but they still can't get it done by now. They're really bad at customer service! I want my $349.00 and $618.90 back because they did a really bad job. I also want the Title Insurance Policy that I paid for a while ago but still haven't gotten. We've bought a lot of timeshares before, and this is the worst company we've ever used. The other companies were much better and got things done fast. The escrow number is XXXXXXXXXXX.

I traded my timeshare in December and it still hasn't transferred. I'm still paying all the fees for it. I was told that if I paid a fee, Vida Vacations would take care of the transfer and all maintenance fees until it was complete. I sent in all the documents they asked for and got an email in May saying they had everything they needed and were moving along with the transfer. But then I didn't hear anything until I emailed them in June . They said the transfer was going well but would take 120-180 days. I got a statement for maintenance fees in September and emailed them, but got no reply. I paid the fees myself. In December , I talked to the resort I traded with and they contacted the closing company. They said they were trying to find someone to transfer it to and that they would pay any further maintenance fees. But when the fees came due again in April , I emailed them and got no reply. I assumed they paid them, but they didn't. I paid them myself so I wouldn't ruin my credit. I don't think I should have to pay these fees since I paid the up front fee and was told they would take care of any further bills. They also said I couldn't use my timeshare while it was in escrow, so why should I pay for something I can't use? And why does it take a year and a half to transfer a timeshare?
