World Education Services [WES] review: Regarding the delay in my transcript evaluation

Urgent: Please Address My WES Evaluation Delay – Reference No. A262GGRRAA
I am urgently seeking assistance regarding my World Education Services (WES) evaluation, Reference No. A262GGRRAA.
My official BSc transcript from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, was sent directly to WES by my university via DHL Express Worldwide Doc.

It has now been approximately two months, yet my transcript evaluation has still not been started.
I have contacted WES customer service several times regarding this matter. Unfortunately, I have received different responses on different occasions. Most recently, I was informed that WES has no record of receiving my documents, which is particularly concerning because I was previously told that the documents had been received.
I was also informed that my inquiry had been forwarded to the appropriate department for further review. However, despite repeated follow-ups, I am still waiting for a clear explanation and resolution.
This delay is having a serious impact on my university admission, as the WES evaluation is the final required document for my application.
@WES, please urgently review my case and provide a clear and accurate update on Reference No. A262GGRRAA. If there is any issue with my documents or if further action is required from me or my university, please clearly explain what is needed so that I can resolve it immediately.
I respectfully request that WES escalate this matter and resolve the discrepancy regarding the receipt of my documents as soon as possible.
