I submitted a verification request to WES, ref # 6943515 and paid about $200. I have done this verification before where my institution confirmed my results to same WES. WES is now requiring another verification of same verified documents from same institution, delaying my processing and WES now puts my account as inactive, expecting me to make additional payments. WES added a result I never included in my initial submission which further delayed the processing. i am asking WES to complete the verification I already paid for as I'm not prepared to make any additional payments!

Desired outcome: I need WES to process my assessment and verify my qualifications, BSc, MBA, MSc and I am not prepared to make additional payments.
