World Education Services [WES] review: Copy of transcript evaluation
I ordered a copy of transcript evaluation to be sent directly to University. I ordered the service on 08/31/26 and paid $72. As of this moment, the transcript has not been sent and consumer service is useless; I am getting conflicting answers that either my order has been completed or that they don't know what is happening with my order and it has to be investigated further but I need to submit a ticket. I have never seen such appealing service, lack of help, and mess.
Desired outcome: I need clear answer when my transcript is going to be sent to school and it needs to be sent.
