used this company thru my employer, I went through them to book 3 reservations We were unable to attend due to a sick relative, I called to cancel & emailed Customer Service & informed them I need cancel. I received many emails that they would get back me, this happened many times, they finally responded & I was informed I wouldn't receive a refund & would be charged a fee for not canceling in time. Which is not the case at all. They also referred to the reason this was the hotels policy? Now I paid for reservations & fee's. Unbelivable
Claimed loss: Loss of 3 hotel room reservation costs, double fee charge from Working Advantage. paying for myself and 1 another family members cost as well my brother in law paid in advance for his room and is out his money as well
Desired outcome: Please refund all of my payments made to your company and one member of my family; including the additional and unreasonably imposed late fee's that they unfairly charged me by Working Advantage.
