I bought a very expensive Xperia 5 IV screen assembly which appeaded to be faulty, untested, doa. Sunsky denied any responsibility and requested to send it back at my expences for refund. I did it, wasted $68 for return shipping with tracking. The parcel stuck with Chinese customs - waited for clearance for more than 3 weeks. Sunsky refused to clear it and pay customs clearance fee. As a result I lost over $300. I will never deal with these thieves again and advise everyone to stay away from them unless you wanna risk and loose your money.

I put in a new order in May 2023 and until now still not received my goods. The order is missing and spoke to the staff Joyce but did not any answer how to solve my problems. My order number is # [protected].

I would like to request them to resend my orders to me again but they did not reply. As such, I would like to cancel my order but also not reply. Very very disappointed with them despite I have bought many items with this company for so many years before and after Covid. I must say they do not take care of their past customers.

I bought a new screen for my Asus phone from Sunsky Wholesale (sunsky-online.com) as my old one was smashed up real bad. The product arrived and I was pretty happy with it, at first! However, after three days, it fell apart and I was left feeling disappointed with the quality of the screen.

When I tried to contact their customer support, I was confronted by a guy named Jarvis and he was no help at all. Instead of addressing my issues, he kept throwing excuses and made me run in circles to resolve my problem while wasting my precious time.

I've gotta be honest, I've shopped at Sunsky Wholesale quite a few times, at least 5, maybe 6, and while most of my orders have been good, there's always a random item missing, which can be a real bummer. That being said, my most recent experience with them hasn't been so great.

I ordered a bunch of items on September 24th, and Sunsky claimed that they shipped out on September 30th. I waited patiently for 2 weeks, but when I hadn't received my items, I reached out to Sunsky for an update. Candy, the person who replied to my email, told me that my items may have been lost, but that I would be compensated for the loss.

Well, I decided to follow up with the shippers today and lo and behold, the tracking information was still pending and my items had not been shipped out at all. To make matters worse, Candy is now telling me that I'm only entitled to a measly USD 20 in compensation, despite my original order costing RMB 1391.

Honestly, I feel like I'm being taken for a ride here. I don't want other buyers to fall victim to the same kind of scam, so please, beware of Sunsky Wholesale.
