I booked my La Quinta reservations through Working advantage and I was unable to keep my reservation due to my very ill sister in law that had sadly passed away, which we were devastated. We contacted Working Advantage and informed them of this ahead of the dates and that I needed to cancel our reservation but we got the run around from them stating that they would get back to us. This happed over and over again. But then the dates had passed and we continued to contact them with the same answers. Then they have charged me for the hotel stay and a cancelation fee!
Don't use Working advantage!
Claimed loss: We have lost funds of $255 room fee and the addition charge of a fine that they imposed of $255 dollars on mealso my brother in law had booked a reservation as well that I had booked for him and his loss was $255
Desired outcome: I want my money refunded along wit the penalty that was imposed on me and my brother in laws money as well
