I placed a online food shop yesterday from my mobile and couldnt understand why it came to the amount it did. Well! I know now because when I received it this morning, everything I got was doubled up except the cat food which wasn't right. I had to freeze all the milk which I never have done and my avocado's were bruised and mushy and the pumpkin was packed in with my sanitary pads which I find totally unacceptable!
I am very annoyed with this double of everything including lettuces which I will have to throw in bin as it's just for me.
I've just had a serious operation and will be house bound for a month and this is why I shopped online and very disappointed. I also wanted to get a few more things but didn't because of the cost thinking I only ordered one of everything. I also don't appreciated the way my things were packed either and way over - loaded. This has happened before when ordered off you last summer when my car was getting fixed.
Hopefully you can resolve this problem, otherwise I will be going elsewhere. I always shop with you in store by the way.
