Woolworths discrimination by staff when serving

The Para Hills store has several young females who choose to discriminate, against middle aged men. It has happened on several occasions but to day was blatantly the worst,
At 3.23 PM I was going to the checkout when you young girl put out the closed register sign, so I moved to the the single open aisle, a couple of minutes later a lady got in line behind me and the young staff member reopened the aisle and asked the woman who had just got in line to use her aisle, the lady looked at me then said I was first when something was mumbled, so I told the young lady no you take it, as it was obvious that this said young employee had no intention of serving me, for what, well the only thing that it could be was I was a man in my fifties, it was blatant and not the first time .There seems to be a real attitude problem in this store which is why I now do most of my shopping at your competitors.
I will be seeing if I can take this further.
Check the video, it was around 3.23 and I'm the guy wearing the Navy shirt with embroidery on the back of a ship I served on.
I do believe she deserves to be sacked because customer service is no place for this kind of attitude, I eagerly await your reply

Woolworths fried chicken chinese wings

Bought some chicken for my lunch at the woolworths in Richmond and its was still raw inside.
Having limited time for lunch (30mins) I was not able to have any lunch.
I have never encountered any issues with your products as I buy whole chicken regularly and recently the new portuguese one.

Woolworths staff member

I had a puncture and needed to put some air in my tyre but the car of the staff member of the petrol station with plate number 952 VUV (white Toyota) was parked in customer area and prevented me to use the machine. He was rude when I asked if they knew who owned the car, and responded to me: "it's mine, wait". I waited outside for 20mn and he never came out to move his car. Unfortunately my husband wasn't there... I had to leave the station and damaged my car because of a lazy, rude person employed by Woolworth.

Woolworths customer service

I wanted to buy some milk formula for my baby when I was shopping at Auburn Woolly. There was a notice in the baby food area said everyone need to go to the counter to buy the formula. I asked the staff at the counter and another staff said she will check the stock on line. I was waiting for about 10 mins and there was no staff talking to me only the customers looked at me. I was very embarrassed. I asked the first staff if they have done the checking but she said it was out of stock and they told me already! No one talked to me and they just left me there to wait! I like Auburn Woolly but this time I was very disappointed.

Woolworths simply roast beef marinated in onion, garlic & red wine flavour

Hello,
I want to make a complain about a roast beef called 'Simply Roast Beef Marinated in onion, garlic & red wine flavour' that I bought this morning at 8:30am from my local Woolworths Store in Brunswick. We were very disappointed after preparing the meal over 2 hour period to find out it tasted and felt like we were eating plastic or rubber.
I would like to challenge Brad Banducci to host a dinner and serve this roast beef because I'm sure he will be very disappointed by its quality and ashamed to serve this meal to his friends and family. We, including our guests could not eat the meat that we believe has been processed.
We've been loyal costumers to Woolworth for the past 10 years however we feel we have been seriously ripped off this time.
We would like to be compensated for the money we lost buying this product. See attached photos of the product as well as a receipt of the transaction.

I also cooked this Simply Roast tonight and the texture was much to be desired. It looked and tasted very processed. There was no indication on the wrapping that it was processed meat. I feel a bit ripped off.

Woolworths woolies online

Tuesday i order 10 bags of purina one cat food $20 a bag.
Order taken and money taken out of my account.
Get email from woolies stating they can only supply 5 bags.
They deliver 5 bags.
The $100 for the other 5 bags not delivered is still in woolies system, 3 days later they still have my $100.
What a scam!
Take miney fir an order then cant fill the order but take the money.
And refund it a week later?
What a [censored]ing joke woolies you scamming [censored]!

Woolworths we are in what can only be described as a global climate crisis and I am shoc“ discovery garden” is assembled and imported from poland!

We are in what can only be described as a global climate crisis and I am shocked to discover your so called green marketing concept, " discovery garden" is assembled and imported from Poland!
Wow - firstly the flower seeds should be from Australia, to ensure there are no exotic species introduced, and secondly why is this not assembled in Australia? Australian native seed, in recycled packaging - that's good marketing, which makes environmental sense and benefits the community. Please consider your every action and start to lead. The government doesn't appear to care, do you?

Dear Sir/Madam
I have ALWAYS brought your large packets of thin beef sausages at $10 a pack. I have forever told ALL my friends that they are the BEST. Well NOT ANYMORE, as after buying some at Greenbank QLD last Sunday 30/9/19 I was disgusted with the Quality & taste. I have since found out, that we now have a different supplier. I honestly thought they had no skin on them, as the sausage meat was hanging out EACH end. I won't be buying them anymore & hope in the near future that you would consider going back to your previous supplier. I do hope this happens, so once again I could say how great they are. Until then I shall have to buy them from my local Butcher.
On a GOOD note, I must comment about our Pub Lane Greenbank Store's Manager, Sam & his Staff. It's such a pleasure to go in there, as they are so Friendly and Helpful. A BIG Credit to how the Staff are trained.

Woolworths customer service

This Woolworth had run out of the free garden seeds so after completing my purchase I went to the front desk to ask if the lady Erving me could note on my docket that I did not receive my free seeds. Before I could add that I usually shopped at Hervey Bay and would like to try there, she snapped my head off, saying they were not honouring it because they ordered 11 boxes and hadn't received them and didn't know if they would.
As much as I really wanted the seeds and had stocked up on bathroom products to spend that bit extra to get some, it was more I was absolutely taken aback by her rude manner and could believe I was getting spoken to they way she spoke to me. I didn't get her name because I was so shocked but she was a big lady on the front desk at at 4.57pm today. Look forward to your response. Vanessa Smoothy [protected]@hotmail.com

Woolworths asian products (filipino groceries)

Since Woolworths introduce more Filipino products (lane 6), my kids and I are often seen grabbing more stuff from that lane but this past few weeks they're not refilling anything in there, Just wondering why is that happening when more Filipinos love to shop there because it's so convenient and most importantly it's a bit cheaper compared to other Asian shop.

Please I need an answer. Thanks

Woolworths frozen raspberries

I am writing as the recent packet of frozen raspberries i bought contained all the storks and small pieces of wood and 2 bugs frozen in the berries. I had to throw the whole bag out. i didnt take any photos as i just threw the bag out only to then think it really wasnt good enough. I dont usually complain but wanted to make you aware of this. Woolworths strawberry donuts

Can you please explain why you have stopped making the strawberry donuts in-store and replaced them with a donut that is made elsewhere...see attached picture...the original strawberry donut with sprinkles was awesome the new donut, pictured, that has replaced it is completely awful. Very different product and very disappointed. I spoke to a person in the bakery and they said they are no longer making them in-store...that is a huge shame as I wouldn't image the donut in the picture to sell very well as they are not very nice at all.

Woolworths rude service

Me and my daughter went to Woolworths to get some groceries and we didn't bring a bag the lady chucked all the food onto my daughter and told her to carry saying that that's all her food basically fat shaming my daughter then looked around to other service people laughing and rolling her eyes and acting like it's ok which it was very rude and disgusting I hope u get fired and we will never be purchasing at Woolworths again

Woolworths fruit

I went into Woolworths and purchased 5 apples. Four of them were red and one was green. One of the red ones that cost me $4.90c per kilogram, I bit into it when I got home, was completely rotten on the inside and off, Their was no sign of it being rotten on the outside though! I am very disappointed in this, as I paid a lot of money for these apples!And they were at the front of the shop, so more people would probably purchase these apples and have a nasty surprise when they get home!

Woolworths security alarm going off all hours

We wish to complain about your Lisarow store security alarm going off at all hours waking residents up in nearby villas and houses. The alarm has been going off at 1.30am, 1.15am, 4am and at 6.45am most days for the past 4 weeks. The residents of nearby Newling Street and surrounding streets have made complaints to Jenny the Supervisor and other staff. The complaint was acknowledged and Jenny agreed she would follow this up. Nothing has changed and this continues. We will be boycotting your store until this is attended to. We are all exhausted from constant interrupted sleep. Please sort this out immediately.

Woolworths service

I asked for a check out to be opened as the three open were full of people waiting. The manager opened one check out. He then told me he would fetch people from other check outs and put three people in front of me to make me wait. I have never encountered this before. Considering Aldie has opened opposite and Foodland in the shopping centre and I choose to shop at Woolworths as I have done for 40 years I consider this out of order. You guys want the business but won't open check outs for customers. I will now consider shopping elsewhere

I was just in at browns plains Woolworths and was served by Rebecca around 1:05pm on 20/09/19, firstly she didn't even greet us, she was was throwing all the groceries into the bag and she didn't even Ofer to discovery garden plants because she was to busy talking to the customers next to us. Woolworths deli service of frozen fish

I went to this store today and wanted to purchase 1 kg of frozen south african cod filllets as I like to keep them in the freezer so they are available when I want to use them but was informed that they weren't allowed to sell them frozen as the price was different from frozen to fresh. Are Woolworths so narrow minded and cost conscious that there is a big difference between the price and weight of fresh and frozen fish Does this mean that at Christmas that I cannot buy either 1 kg or 5 kg frozen prawns but must buy them defrosted for (your convenience) not mine I am not complaining about the service at the deli counter only about the rules which have b een placed on the staff there. Should I now change my shopping to Coles or IGA instead of Woolworths? Only you have the ansers to this question

reference number [protected], in regards to the manager (renee) of the Lakes Entrance woolworths store, continuing of issue regarding Reginald Saunders, My name is Paul Sutton I am the husband of Lyn Sutton whom has been in contact with yous and the reference number for this is as above, I am the person whom Reginald Saunders had intent to kill, I was approached by the manager this morning while at the register, I knew she was going to say something to me so i told her i did not want to talk to her, i had nothing to say to her and that she was already under investigation. the managers reply was well i'm going to ban you from here, this has been done out of spite for making a previous complaint against her, I went to the police station to make a complaint, this is now been undertaken by lawyers and the ABC which i have been in communication with over the corruption and other matters, this has now opened the door for the reporter and will now be joining the fight for justice, I do the grocery shopping for my house hold and due to my wifes medical condition the food products she needs are only sold at woolworths,

Woolworths customer service

Why are there never any staff on registers in the corowa store? I asked the front end manager Charlynne and she said she's not allowed to hire, are you serious? The corowa store in NSW warrants more staff it is an extremely busy store for gods sake put more staff on. People are starting to go to IGA instead because they simply can't get through fast enough at Woolworths Corowa.

Woolworths select luxury toilet paper

I am not happy with his product as when you start a new roll you need to take off approximately 15 sheets per roll as the adhesive you use is absorbed through many layers of the toilet paper. The 15 sheets are unusable. I would like to return the product and receive a reimbursement. It is not a "luxury" product as advertised by Woolworths. Please advise as what I need to do? Thank you in advance.
