Woolworths - Service from Self-checkout

Today Me and my friends had terrible experience at self checkout exactly at 11:40 am in the morning. The guy employed at self service made us feel humiliated. I understand he might be doing his job but he treated us with such disrespect specially when we have been shopping in this place for 5 yrs now. Me and my friends entered the checkout, i was paying for my goods and my friend for their. They had paid and waiting for me outside woolies. He came to me asking if i had paid for rice when i didnt even take the rice, he kept on coming to me and saying me scan the bag when i had already done so, i normally dont print the receipt but because of him i printed the receipt and showed to him and he wasnt even sorry for asking me where is the payment for rice when i didnt even have rice didnt bother checking my bag if i actually had rice and kept asking me for the rice payment. He then went to my friend who had already checked out and waiting for me outside the woolies asking them to come back and show the receipt. She also hadnt printed the receipt so he made her go back to the check out counter and print the receipt. And mind you he wasnt sorry for all that. Your employees should know better that its woolies option to not print the receipt and calling customer who has already left your premise to come back and show them the pos for checkout and print the receipt. Just bizarre.

Woolworths - customer service

I wanted to buy some milk formula for my baby when I was shopping at Auburn Woolly. There was a notice in the baby food area said everyone need to go to the counter to buy the formula. I asked the staff at the counter and another staff said she will check the stock on line. I was waiting for about 10 mins and there was no staff talking to me only the customers looked at me. I was very embarrassed. I asked the first staff if they have done the checking but she said it was out of stock and they told me already! No one talked to me and they just left me there to wait! I like Auburn Woolly but this time I was very disappointed.
