This has been an ongoing probelm between the property and third party Booking.com. Money was taken off my card after a cancellation. The property cancelled my reservation and waived the fee. I have the email. My room was reserved May 2nd but I cancelled because they said they could not find my name in the computer so that is mess up #1 on either booking.com end or the properties. Then after I've been told it was canceled and the fee was waived a week later my card is charged for a room that of which was canceled a week prior and the fees were waived. The charge is no longer pending and has went through. The charge is coming from Woodspring Suites, it shows it on my card transaction list. Since the charge has been completed I'd like my money back on my card. I've been dealing with booking.com and they are a bunch of idiots. This needs to be resolved because someone somewhere messed up and I need my money back on my card. I'm tired of back and forth when I shouldn't have to do this because someone screwed up.I just want my money refunded back to my card.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
