WoodSprings Suites review: overcharged room rate

I stayed at this hotel for 5 weeks from 6/5/19 to 7/9/19. I enjoyed my stay and the staff was friendly. Although when I received my credit card statement in August, I noticed an overcharge of over $500.00. I called the hotel and was told they would look into it. I told management I would come back to go over their paperwork and mine as well. No response. I've sent a few e-mails to 3 separate Woodspring addresses. Again, no response. I need to get this resolved as soon as possible before I pursue other options. Regards, Clark Reese
