did not take my coupon
canceled part of my order.. i was telling them it did not take my coupon ... treat i think it was.. then they cancelled part of my order and still did not give me the coupon.. im realy upset spent a frigging hour trying to explain but you do not give anything to click to let anyone know what the hell is going on.. they just took part of my order away and still did not give me my coupon
so many things gone wrong & they blocked my account because I can't get in.
I ordered thousands for dollars of products to resale in the past couple of years. Some come broke some for me doesn't fit there size chart you never no if it's going to run small or big. I didn't receive products when I order them but wish said I'd received them and refused to refund the. I did get refunds on some of my thing but before I did or didn't receive my items they blocked my account for to many refunds. When you order like I did there is going to be a lot of refunds but they didn't see it that way I figure because I can't log on. I've received empty packages wrong color in items wrong size you name it and I've had it happen with wish. I order 2 of the same top at the same time in March. I received one in April the other on just arrived yesterday may 16. Very late and they always arrive late than I'm told in most cases.

all i did was buy an amp and they refunded my money in 3 days after i bought it never sent me and email why they canceled my order . all they can say is your blocked and you can't make any more accounts cause we blocked them too.
no support number to call no way to get the logs or figure out what did i do wrong all i wanted was an item and i get blocked. careful ordering anything on wish they can block anyone at any giving time but ebay is much cheaper and free shipping on most orders from china thats where most of the items are coming from any way.

Purchased item from Facebook on 4/24/19. Can't find any confirmation email regarding what site it was purchased from. No shipping info came with the package. Item is of poor quality and does not fit. Want to return the item but unable to do so due to not having the above information. Have searched USPS web site with tracking number and only info I was able to get that it came from China. When I clicked to order an item from Wish.com, the price increased significantly. I went through all of the sizes and colors for that item and found that only one size and color was the stated price. I repeated this with 3 other items. The results were the same. Wish.com is definitely a scam! I reported them to the FTC. I hope that something is done because they are definitely ripping people off. I will never shop there. I recommend Google Shopping. They have lower prices than you can find if you go to the same websites--I don't know why. I just know that if I go to abc.com the item will cost a lot more than if I search Google Shopping for the same item at abc.com.

I made a order on May 5, 2019 and cancelled it because the shipping was more than the items. You all sent them anyway . Which is was not what I ordered. i ordered a vibrator from wish.om (guaranteed refund) 1/20/18. i received it 2/4/19. it was defective. to charge it you had to plug it into an usb port. but it only worked plugged in the port you can't used it while plugged in. so i asked them for instructions on how to use with no reply. i told them i was returning it to the address on the envelope it came in (yes envelope, embarassing). so i did just that. it was delivered to the warehouse in china 2/28/19. i told them that they wanted proof which i sent them and forwarded proof from the usps. still nothing. we have been going back and forth since 2/5/19. now they're telling me that the guarantee has expired 3/6/19, but i have been asking since 2/5/19. there are over 60 emails. i would like my money back. thank you for your help.
