It doesn't look anything like the photo you provided; it is a gaudy bright red and is poorly made and inaccurately sized. I purposely ordered it larger than needed. It was required for a choral concert the members attend attired in medieval costume. I wouldn't wear this for a halloween costume.

I requested a return address mailing label be emailed to me to return the item; I have not received it and resorted to contacting PayPal to reach you again. My email address is [protected]@yahoo.com.

This item has been sent back and I haven't got any money back, which I think is stupid as i haven't got the item.

I ordered room lights almost a month ago and the date they say they will come in keeps moving back farther and farther! They are a gift for someone and I need them soon! They said they were going to be here the 6th then the 11th now it says they will arrive on the 28th of this month. I'm not sure what is going on with my order . I would like to know why it's taking so long

I ordered three phone cases last year off wish, and they never arrived in the mail.

I ordered a phone from wish on the 28th of December 2018. And never received it.
I requested a refund and they never got back to me. When I contacted them again they say they cannot refund me as the 30 day period has passed. What utter rubbish. I am very upset. And the worst part is you cannot speak to a person . I paid the money and now almost a year later in phone.

Someone got into my Wish account, took my credit card info & bought 2 expensive items. Thankfully a notice went to my email, so I quickly cancelled .They refunded the $1202.75 in wish cash since it already went on my credit card . I used the wish cash to purchase some items, 2 days later wish "refunded" everything I bought and kept the cash. So I'm stuck paying a $1202 for a 3d printer & a laptop I didn't buy wish keeps saying they refunded my wish cash but they didn't.
NOT A SECURE SITE! You'd think the owner of a $10 million dollar business would spend the $1000 to put in a secure site

I've been trying to get help with a refund for the past three hours after I found out that my account was billed two times after they made me believe it was an error and had me make another purchase by my paypal! So I paid three darn times!

And guess what there is no customer survice its allllll error!

I need this to get resolved immediately!

more than a complaints about all those iteam is a disrespect for the people as customers becuse those mentioned iteam avobe were less a dollar for sale .50 in a daily special offer that you'll also said that we will be notified in 24 hours if you(we were the purshaser witchnever happen but the things is why you'll did not removed the iteam if is not available or should did not take a payment i hope someone can fix this Big issue that does not make a look good also tha customer service we should have access to talk or text with any representative not for you to have a question ready setup trying to avoid us to make any other diferrent question or complaint.. I will never buy anything from this online shopping site. They automatically show the same answer all the time and you can't ask anyone alive! They are really disrespectful. When you want to know where your product is. You can't see any clear info except that one month ago it set out to destination country. [censored]. Don't waste your time and money, never!

I ordered some items from the Wish website. I put in my card information . Wish got the money out of my Banking Account. Wish text me that they got the $37.00 for the items I purchased. Wish text me the tracking info on all the items. This morning I got a text from Wish saying my order was declined. I need to know what is going on with the orders of my money.

It won't let me check out I guess due to address change. My first order had the wrong address on it, and I could not retrieve it to make the change. So I made the change with this order. Please help me with problem for both orders, thank you. I have no idea what I am doing and I don't want to loose what I purchased already because of the wrong address. I need to find out what happened with the last order. I like shopping at Wish.com and want to continue if you can solve the problem.

Despite NUMEROUS requests for an order history showing shipping charges -- or even a way to LOG ON to get this information myself, customer service response refused to comply. Instead, each response sounded like an automated response ( sometimes simply repeating what they previously responded). NONE of them never addressed the issue. I will be disputing all charges with my credit card company.

support did not address my concerns I had over $100 worth of items ordered and not one of the electronica items arrived I received a generic response like it was being read from a script letting me believe that wish doesn't care about there customers and no explanation of oops this was flagged as inappropriate or something went wrong try again and it never works I do believe I have now had more items not shown up then has shown up and this is very concerning was i a part of a scam because I do find it hard to believe that that many items could've made it out to the public to purchase this is got me very very upset mad pissed off I understand you refunded the money but I want what I ordered at the price I ordered it at how was it us the customers fault if you let fraudulent vendors/sellers on your app i'm very curious to know how many other people are dealing with the same problem I am I think I may take this all the way to Facebook and see who else is been getting screwed over I would very much like a response to this in my personal opinion I feel like they should be adequate compensation other than just a refund I waited over 30 days for the majority of items paid money for those items just to have it returned but just like all the other messages I'll get some half [censored] generic response that won't answer the damn thing maybe I'll look into some legal help on this matter at current count 39 items have been refunded because they have not arrived or what ever the reason wish gave and this is only a small portion of the items that I'm dealing with

1. I ordered a wifi USB device that didn't fit into the USB port. No matter how many times I tried to enter a complaint, the form I fill out fails to send and I am told to try later.
2. Some Arduino boards I ordered were never sent by the vender. After 2 months, Wish notified me of this failure but refused to return my money . I could not contact a person. An automated site informed me that I had elected to be reimbursed with "Wish Cash", I absolutely did not elect this and could not reach a live person to correct the problem.
3. I used the Wish cash to pay for computer speakers.- which I could have purchased for less money in my local store. The ones sent by Wish don't work.
4. I only receive automated responses from the company that they want their customers to be happy, but they don't address the problems.

The product won't turn on! It's Where in the fact that the remote doesn't turn on I won't work or it's in the cord for whatever reason I can't the thing will not turn on there's there's something definitely wrong with it and I would like for this to be resolved with either a refund or a new home theater projector thank you can contact me [protected] or maya.[protected]@ Gmail.com

I'm blocked out of my account on Wish. I can go in there and look around but I'm unable to go through with the purchase. I don't understand whybtheyvdont have a person I can talk to from Wish to help fix this issue. That's one thing they definitely need to change! They are saying there's an issue and to send a bank statement with my last purchase, which I've done several times and still nothing has changed. I don't understand what's going on, but if I'm unable to use wish anymore then I'll need my money that's on there back. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
