My app does not reflect purchases for 2019 I received to the 5x Gray T-shirt with a black cat on it and it is too small I would like a refund for that but I cannot reference it for the refund my account was charged $37.24 on 8/23 there were also other items on the order but I do not recall since I cannot see the app please advise my name is Christine Stevens please send me a text at [protected]. I believe maybe there was a error in the price of their advertisement and are using the excuse of Limited Quantity Deal in order not to for fill their order to me as I saw this very product advertised on Facebook today (12/09/19) for $149. I also made a comment on this Facebook advertisement to this matter to find that my comment could not be seen to the public and no longer be seen by myself.

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied as my household has ordered quite a few products from Wish.

My account had a wrong address . My actual address is 2412 S Shelly Ave. Inverness, FL 34450 / [protected]@gmail.com / [protected]. I made a order in 09/12/19. Please update my information, . I think that my account was in the hacker hands. also my account is under other name. I'm aware about my last order. I don't want to loose my merchandise.

This time the tracking has stopped, tracking number UF124054346SG shows it left but then nothing

another scam?

I orders several products on july 21, and27, 2019 never recieve a tracking number for any of my products .only thing it say it was ship when i cant track it down no tracking numbers wwre given to me at all poor service it been 2months now this is my orders numbers 5d352116de194307e7a3171c the store call bestdeal9.no items yet please give me a full refund thankyou mrs.redding my email [protected]@comcast.net

Ordered & received but but was for an in ground fence. I went through their procedures on returning for a refund. I printed shipping label and followed instructions on returning item for a refund. This has been 7 months ago & I still haven't received refund. I have sent numerous emails asking about the refund with no response. They do not have a phone number where you can speak with anyone.

I placed my first order over the weekend. I used my MasterCard and it went through. I tried to place a second order but it said my 1st order had issues and to go to wish.com/payment I think. I was asked to submit evidence of payment/bank statement which I did. I received a message that my order is cancelled and I'm to be refunded. STILL NO REFUND!

I have been subscribed to their e-blasts and did not request this. Despite having contacted them via email as well as using their 'unsubscribe' link they have NOT corrected this action.

Presently, they are sending at least two e-blasts per day.

Their lack of action is wholly unacceptable and unprofessional. I want them to scrub my email address from their database and I want it done yesterday!

Late last year (between Sept - Dec), I ordered successfully items from Wish using my old mobile telephone nr. [protected] (no more active) because I could not make payment using my email [protected]@hotmail.com. Today, I have a list of items i want to pay but can't because Wish repeatedly wants me to send my bank statement, which i don't have. Pls update my email - [protected]@hotmail.com - to be used solely for all my transactions with Wish using my credit card or Paypal. I have some items in the cart awaiting payment, so kindly de-block or open the payment channel so i can pay with my credit card.

My account was fraudulently accessed. Purchases were made 14 times over $1000 worth which I did not purchase. I received an email stating my email request to change my password. I replied that it isn't authorized, all communication goes through the app with their company which I cannot access. I want to close my account, unable to do so as email has changed which isn't my email.

I ordered a play gym for my daughter. It is supposed to come with a barrier and 30pc balls to go with it. They have sent me the wrong animal as I requested a lion. The discription clearly states: Features: with 30PCS ocean ball pool. I contacted and was told that I was wrong and they were right. Then they told me I could get a refund if I spent 9 pound out of my own money which I use for my daughters necessities just so I can get a little of my money back? The description clearly stated what it came with a fence and 30pcs ocean balls. This is false advertisement. I am not happy and will not be ordering from wish again.

I ordered an all in 1HDD docking station from your company.
It arrived this morning, but when I opened it, it has the wrong power plug it does not have the australian plug. This renders it unusable for me as I can not power it up.
Can you please rectify this situation and let me know what is happening please?

I order 2 pieces of outerwear. 1 was a hoodie and the other was a pull over with front pockets for the winter. The items were sent to me but were returned to sender. Which was Wish. The Postman sent them back because I was in the Hospital at the time and wasn't able to get to the post office in time to pick them up. So they were sent back to China. And Wish does not keep records of this transaction. So now I'm out of the orders I payed for and am not able to purchase anything else again. This isn't what I would expect. So be careful. I'm not in the wrong. Wish just didn't have the records that my items were sent back. So be careful. No longer able to purchase for no fault of mine. Thanks for letting me share.

You need to do a better job on verifying information before trying to process order. You have a lot a scams going on and I almost was victim. My family will no longer order anything from you low budget company. You need to verify this company is legit before your company get sued

I was charge for this 10 piece and never received it. Also I have a few items that needs to be return. This is the 2nd time I ordered this multi colored 10 piece and never got it. You guys have the worst customer service. I work for a large hospital and have told folks about you. I wish you had better customer service. I do want my order reordered or my refund.

I logged onto Wish to find an order that I didn't place on my account pending payment and it won't let me cancel the order no matter how many times I go through the customer support assistant.

Wish take your money with no intention of sending you a product. They then offer you a refund, which is instant if you select their wish cash option, meaning you must spend that money on wish. If you'd like a refund to the original payment method, you won't get your money back for 10 business days... How this is even LEGAL is beyond me. But, yes, wish are taking people's money and not even generating orders. Biggest scam of 2019.

I was checking my account as I always do, and noticed an unauthorized charge for $150.12 from wish. I've tried calling, and have not been able to contact anyone by phone. This is a matter that needs to be addressed immediately. The reference number is #[protected] and the draft was taken on September 05, 2019. The last purchase I made from wish was approximately two years and was less than $10. Please contact me ASAP. As you can see (well I hope you can). It won't let me pay for my 3rd order. The 1st. Nd 2nd were fine but it won't take a 3rd.

I ran out of time on the countdown timer for extended discounts and now it won't let me pay for my order.

It may be an easy fix or something I'm not doing right but I'm sure you will find the root cause so I can continue my orders
