There are 8 orderers in total I have not received. Two rings engagement and wedding arriving june 12 — two wedding rings arriving june 20 — toy animals arriving june 6 — toy animals arriving may 26 — toy animals arriving may 26 — toy animals arriving may 6 — toy animals arriving april 30 — some artificial succulents arriving april 15. I have waited and waited but nothing as arrived, orderers I have placed after them have arrived, it seems the only way to try to find out whats happened plus the money I have paid. Thanks tony

I had placed a order for that item and it was 2 dollars on you web sight and i had plenty on time to purchase the item 55 mins on the counter .i do not understand why i am getting a refund on it .I would like the item that i have brought my order number 5d8836cfb1245b0f6f85ac59 . . Today on September 25th I've been getting letters and texts angry texts about there card being used and that they are using my address and I'm afraid if this keeps going I'm going to be framed and sued and I'd love this to end but I have no idea what to do nor where to start so if anyone else is having the same problems or concerns I would like to be contacted of ways to help.

I ordered a hoodie from them for my son for his birthday and I never got the order. I contacted customer service about it and they kept telling me to wait for it. So, I did because I really wanted that sweatshirt. They told me to wait until after Sept. 21, 2019 and then I could request the refund. So, I waited. It is now Sept. 25, 2019 and I tried to get onto my account to request my refund since I still have not received my item, but, when I went to customer service to request my refund it said they had closed this down and I was not able to receive my refund. So, they told me to wait until AFTER Sept. 21, 2019 and I did, but, they closed down my claim on Sept 21, 2019. They basically stole my money! I want my refund. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM. They cannot just keep my money and not send me what I ordered! That is illegal! That is theft! I have been ordering from you guys for several years. I've only had this happen once before and they gave me my refund with no problem. But, because I followed what you guys told me to do now you think you can keep my money?

I ordered 5 pillowcase/cushion covers and paid for the same in good faith.
They are nothing like the patterns I ordered, and am very dissapointed. I certainly
will not be able to use them. I have ordered clothing a few times and have been
satisfied, but with this order it would be hard to recommend Wish to anyone.
As I am of retired age, $40 is quite an expense I cannot afford. Hoping you can
help me. Thank you

I received aquiam broken this is the 3rd one shattered. awill not hold water. Received 2 hoses junk leak and one has large cut. Also will not hold water. I have fairy house. 1 inch by 1 inch way to small. I have more items . Want refund. I am done ordering from wish. A gimicy deal shipping is way too much. No customer service to deal with problems.

i ordered a set of shoe stretchers, received them and was charged for 5 pairs instead of one. it has already been taken out of my checking account. my checking account is with key bank. i used my key debit card.the bank has it now.they are going to issue a new one to me. they are going to try to get me a reversal.i believe the items come from China. the map shows it from California.

Got 23 pages of refused deals the problem has not been solved or had any help every time I order they get rejected no one has offered any help all I get is irrelevant emails which don't help play the time card but I check before ordering the issue is still going on but 23 pages of rejects is bad want this problem sorted out it's been a month and still going

They advertise things. I placed orders for many items and they canceled almost everything and there is no legitimate reason. Here is the example of one of them. It is a robot process... I am not sure if they gather the customer information and credit card information, my recommendation to stay away from this website. Prices are too good and by sure why because take your information and sell it to other companies and cancel your order.

My sister Priscilla Raimona and I live at the same address and she has received nearly all of her products and I'm still waiting for the items that I paid for.
I don't want a refund, all I want are my products. So when do I get them. I won't do another purchase until I receive my goods. Come on Wish. You guys have beautiful things that I so want to purchase but I won't until I get my last orders.

I lost my phone and a woman by the name of Ailayah Gonzales has been using my app to order a total of 677.00 worth of merchandise to be shipped to this address 201 Hydson pl Midwest city, Ok Thus amount has been taken out of my checking account! My card was charged this amount yesterday and it is fraudulent. I didn't order these items and this needs to be cancelled. Merchant was in San Francisco and I am in Georgia. I didn't buy 1313 worth of stuff. All my money is gone and I need this to be cancelled. I dont know who did this, but is on my Suntrust card. My account was hacked and placed a lot of order early morning of Sep. 23rd. They also changed my email address from [protected]@yahoo.com to [protected]@mail-card.net.

I 've been emailing wish.com several times but no definite response if all my concerns have been taken care of.

They did not respond accordingly and I need resolution to my case immediately.

On July 27 I received a payment confirmation of the order mentioned above. The due date to receive the items, you informed me, is September 22. I am still waiting for it.

Besides I placed another order 5d866408abe03c128dfbc905 on September 21. I changed the way I wanted my order to be paid and registered my Visa card number to have such order charged to this card. To my discontent, I´m still waiting for a confirmation notice from you. Thx in advande for yr kind attention to my request.

hi, firstly i ordered 2 hauwei honor phones from that store...i waited many weeks and complained then wish.com cancelled my order and refunded my money without asking me if i wanted it cancelled...unavailable from that store they said...so a week or so later the hauwei phones, laptops, tvs and other phones are advertised from th bestdeeal9 store...so because the prices are £2 abouts i ordered 25 items...nothing sent ...many many emails sent to wish.com...always replying i have to go online to the store and contact customer support...i did many times ..alway gave me an extended date of arrival...also option of wait a little longer (it will be worth the wait) then 2 weeks ago i go on there and i contact customer support and they say ive gone over time frame for a refund (60 days)but i could have wish cash on the items...bearing in mind that customer suppoert were trlling me to wait longer ...my other orders are still in limbo...15 hauwei honor phones and a few other phones and laptop...as i said all from bestdeeal9...ive searched everywhere for that store but cant find it...ive demanded many times for wish.com to give me a YES or NO answer as to if im getting my orders or not...all they say is ( Your request ([protected]) has been updated. To add additional comments, reply to this email.)...but no firm comment...i think wish.com knowingly advertise these very inexpensive items to get there 300 million customers to buy them ...then imagine what the interest on millions of different currencies that will be...FALSE ADVERTISING ITS CALLED.

If a ecommerce site cannot provide real human contact and they avoid the problem at all costs then it is UNLAWFUL. 

If they market a product as "unbreakable" and it breaks on the second use and they do not refund then it is UNLAWFUL If they you pay for good to be delivered and they NEVER turn up then it is UNLAWFUL 

If they do not answer questions in time the issue items laps into their BS 30day period then that is UNLAWFUL

Is their stupid 30 day policy even Lawful ?

Im sure that hiding the delivery costs under the tab "Delivery Options" yet every time you open it there is only one cost, yea you guessed it its hiding so the buyer does not see the cost. Is that unlawful?  May not be unlawful but it is deceitful.

I dont know if its UNLAWFUL to answer emails in a different language (I'm sure they will find a loop hole about that), but I'm sure they do it so I think there is a lost in translation issue and give up. Sure I cant prove that but every click of the button about this site has a hidden agenda.

Any my final question for you is ContextLogic for real? Are they an independent company or are they owned by Wish to avoid people complaining?

I have several items that have not been delivered ... and they do not care, they avoid answering questions and wait for items to fall into their stupid 30 day.

I have had items arrive broken, i provided feedback that it arrived broken and they did nothing about it

Bottom line is this site Wish is deceitful and they need to be held to account

Today I reordered a jump suit that I ordered the same one quite a while back and paid for it but never received it and it was a MUCH lower price then (about $1-$3)at that time and VERY SMALL shipping charge. I even paid then for it too but no jump suit.
Well the same one I ordered today was MUCH higher price plus large shipping price.
I would really you to check on this and give me the original lower rate I was charged at that time.I am a regular customer with you and even have my friend giving you alot of business, Her name is Lynette Hall if you want to verify it.

August 29th, 2019 After receiving items which took about three weeks, nothing fit everything was to small the sandals did not fit it seems like they did not read what was selected correctly. Nothing was indicated that items were not sized for US. I would like a refund. Can items be returned to one address? It's not clear where they came from.
