It appears that someone is using my email for their Wish account. I am confused because it shows a Russian name and the app language was converted to Russian. I need help... is my email compromised? When I attempt to log on to Wish on my browser it goes directly to this Russian Wish account with A different individuals name of Hello ARjfmb! This IS NOT me nor my account. When I try to change the password, the email is directed to My personal email. Which means that this stranger has hacked and is using MY email for their Wish account. Please Help!

I saw this item listed on Wish.com for $77. However when I ordered it and went to pay for it, the price had mysteriously jumped to $129- $141 (I think) with shipping. Amazed, I went back to original place and saw it and sure enough...$77. This time when I went to purchase it, it was ONLY $95. Again, when I reached the payment page, it was again $129. Is this a scam or what? I removed the item and closed out the site and went to Wal-Mart and bought one for $87.

Is this some sort of bait and switch scam? I'm appalled that you are allowed to do business on the Internet with blatant scams like this happening.

Every time when I tried to submit my payment, this message will appeared.
Before this, I received a message asking me to send my photo ID and photo of my debit card. I have sent it several times but did not receive any response. message appeared Lately, the abovementioned -"There is something wrong with your user account. Please visit https://www.wish.com/payment-issue to resolve this."
Please let me know what is going on with WISH.

Emilie fedor I ordered off your site tooth whitner. It advertised as a charcoal powder. It came in a 10ml container a liguid that smells like a strong chemical like a paint remover. It was advertised as a charcoal powder? This smells dangerous. And the writing is all I think chinese. I think this needs to be reported. Is it a dangerous chemical from china? It's been almost a year I've been having A problem with you guys a service purchase something I've been ordering stuff with you guys for the longest time. So please fix this problem thank you. I had purchased a lock for the door and it was during the pandemic time and I ordered few other items they came all damaged so I dispute it with PayPal. So I need this problem to be solved please

I ordered 7 items from Wish on October 19th 2020 and paid for the order by credit card and said it will be delivered on November 2nd 2020. I checked my delivery status and it said the items were delivered but they werent delivered. The tracking number I have is a non working number and it also says proper investment. What is proper investment did wish steal my money and it was a proper investment to steal my money I want answers this is not acceptable. I want my money back or please deliver my orders please

I ordered critter catcher and egg shaper back in August 3 months ago and when checking on them I see it was to arrive in September, yet it is months
later and still never received items. I try to contact customer service and when selecting to chat with customer service it does not allow me to comment or question only selecting answers they provide and send me message it is past time to get a refund when it is clear I ordered these items months ago and never received. The cost with shipping is around $30.

My friend had got fraudulent charges from a person hacking into account then calling a 800 number number 872-666-6818 to talk to a supposed fraud service from wish they kept wanting him to go and get different cards the first one being eBay card for $200 so that they could find the people hacking into his service. Then they wanted 200 more on a card for Google

Wish has blocked my account without any reason.. I want refund for faluty items that I received from wish.. Many items did not arrive at expected delivery dates.. So I also want refund for them.. Wish is cheater app.. They should unblock my account and give me refund.. Otherwise I will file case in court against them.. Thnx

I am very confused. I am regular customer who uses either of two debit cards to pay for my purchases - Visa and MasterCard. My cards ALWAYS have sufficient funds when I use them. I tried both cards today but neither was accepted. I have always received excellent customer service from wish and this action! eaves me bewildered. Please explain what has happened. I am feeling very annoyed, and disappointed. This is not what I expected from your company. I hope to hear from you at your EARLIEST convenience.

I ordered this desk in July was supposed to receive it in September but haven't received it yet and because y'all sent a partial refund I can't get a answer about where the desk is at or about you all sending my money back you only sent the shipping cost back to me I would like to have the rest of my money back

On september 22, 2020 someone made two different purchases with my debit card costing me a total of 417.54. I have never ordered from wish nor do i shop online. I have no clue where this stuff that was ordered is going and i dont really care where it goes all I know is i want my money returned. I have also disputed it with my bank but have gotten nothing in return.

Ordered four of the shoe cover holders with refills. Received refills but not the shoe cover holds 157, 000 yuan price. Please either send the merchandise or refund the money paid, (Your website hasn't recorded this but have the bills proving the transaction). Will be going to the FTC and FBI to have you listed as a fraudulent website if items not sent.

Something came up for 74 cents. My son bought it and it went through PayPal. They then sent a 174.30 through my checking account. I filed a stop payment with my bank but did it wrong. They couldn't get ahold of me so returned it as NSF. In the mean time we requested a refund from them. They show on PayPal that they refunded the money, which they did not. The 174.30 tried to go through my account again. I called the bank and they informed me they had returned it as NSF as I had filled the paperwork online out wrong. I had to explain the situation and they did a verbal stop payment. It will never go through my account again but they show through PayPal they actually refunded the money. Fraud. No attempt to refund was done by them. Be very careful.

Please can someone help me get a refund for a cost that is so so small and is of no use to me
I have sent at least 50 messages /emails and no one at wish will help that I don't know what to do next.
All I want is my money back so I can buy a winter coat that fits.
Is this a scam company?
I have read so many negative reports about them, I just wish I had read the reviews before I used there site

When I logged into my account (sometime ago, as on discovering the hack I uninstalled the app after deleting my bank account), I found that I live in Russia! And have a different username!

I found that Wish.com has No method of advising of the hack, nor complaining (except for specific purchases) about it.

I've not lost $ but I do wish (joke not intended) that I could have a safe online shopping experience, as their products are mostly as portrayed on the site.

Can you advise what I can do to either correct the foul up/hack, or should I create a new account under a different email address?

hi I have ordered 8 x 3000w epistar full spectrum lamps from Wedding Rock. I only received 8 x 50w no name brand lamps. 2 was broken. wish customer support put me in touch with the merchandiser before the timeframe for a refund expired.
the merchandiser refuse to help me. I dont want 50w lamp. I have paid for a 3000w lamp. but he refuse to assist me.
he refuse to put me back to customer care. this has been going on for almost 2 months. so when I go to customer support I go through to the merchandiser and he refuses to put me to customer support. he is extorting money from me. I must pay him to get a refund
every 3 days he just reply to me and only want to refund me 70 usd. this is not acceptable. how can he do this. how can wish alow this to go on. I want my 304usd or I want the 8 lamps of 3000w. this is what I have paid for.

they also say that it is Epistar lamps. buT it is not. it is not even full spectrum like the box instructions indicate.
the merchandiser has been refusing me my right to a refund because he did not supply me with what he avertised. and I have paid in full

if you look at Wedding Rock store rating you will see this is an on going problem. this is not good. these guys are stealing peples money on your platform. why dont you react. are you also part of this and do you receive bribes from Wedding Rock. I Believe so because why dontvyou react to all the complaints
