I've been shopping at DivaTress for a hot minute now, like since 2015. I gotta say, I've had some good experiences with them in the past. But let me tell you, my most recent experience was not so great.
So, I placed an order for $150 back in August of 2021. And guess what? I never got my package. I was pretty bummed about it, you know? I mean, that's a lot of money to just disappear into thin air. So, I reached out to DivaTress multiple times to try and figure out what was going on. And let me tell you, it was like pulling teeth trying to get a response from them.
Finally, after a whole month of waiting, they refunded my money. But get this, they deleted my account too! Like, what the heck? I don't know if they did it out of spite or what, but it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
I used to really like shopping at DivaTress, but if this is how they treat their loyal customers, then I don't know if I'll be going back. It's a shame, really.

But here's the thing, fam. I bought 6 packs for a full head, thinking I was getting a full 12 inches of hair. But turns out, the company ain't being 100% truthful about the length. It's actually two 6 inch sections that you gotta feed in if you're using it for braiding. And with all the shedding that's bound to happen, you're probably only gonna end up with 8 inches of hair. So, if you're planning on braiding, this hair ain't the one for you, homie.

My name is latrecia woods and I cancelled a order from diva tress I was suppose to get a refund for a total of 67,80 back n my card well I only received 32.00 back on my card they owe me 35.00 I emailed them about this issue concerning my money I was told that all the money had been put back on my card and that I needed to take a screen shot of the 32.00 dollars well their is no way I can take a screen shot I called my bank and was told all that was put back on my card was $32.00 not the total $67.80 my bank says it's on divatress to refund me the remaing amount of $35.00 and they refuse to take responsibility for them not giving me my whole refund.

I have never purchased from Divatress but they have kept my phone number on file and continued to contact me to make purchases when I never consented to this. It's likely they will have my personal phone number from when I would have attempted to place an order but once they stated they couldn't ship to my address I couldn't finalize that order and completely exited from their website.
Their messages also don't include anywhere to unsubcribe from this service and no one is willing to contact me back to assist with this and considering they contact me from a different number everytime, it's not an easy solution to just block them!

I bought a wig from DivaTress and I am very disappointed with my experience. Wig that arrived was incorrect and looked absolutely nothing like pictures on their site, it was a completely different item and its quality was very poor. I called DivaTress support and asked for some help and assistance and they said that I can send it back for replacement. As I already said I was not impressed with the quality so I told them that instead of replacement I want to cancel my order and get a refund. They said they need to discuss that with their manager and asked me to call later. When I called back they did not pick up. They do not reply to my messages and I have no idea how to reach them, phone is also useless, they do not answer it. Horrible!
