Spartoo - I would like to find reliable help to get my money back.

I was scammed by this company. I started working at PT to make extra money. They connected me with a mentor called Mike Jones who brought me on board, he shared 25% of his commission around $50 after I completed 38/38 tasks, and I started my own account. Once I started my tasks my account became negative, and I had to "recharge" it in order to keep doing...

Spartoo Parcel not received

I ordered mlb the league the leagued boston black/ red but status order (#1050028--[protected]) has been shipped but never been out for delivery. i ordered the item on 28/12/2021 and have yet to receive my parcel. It has been almost a month. Did i get scam?

Desired outcome: PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY IF THE ITEM IS LOST

Spartoo Postage Refund

Hi,
Firstly I would like to Thank the Spartoo company for all the service provided.
Unfortunately I didn't have a very satisfying experience with my recent purchase, made on 20/09/2021
I have purchased the trainers, which were of black colour on the website, but received black trainers with the white platform, which I have not ordered.
After a long wait on the customer reply, I had to send the trainers back, to get my refund.
I paid £3.20 for the postage, which wasn't free, as on the website.
I was asking for my refund on the postage, but received a voucher instead, which I don't need, as I can't trust this company again.
Is there any way I can get my refund for the postage, as I feel I have been treated unfairly, and it wasn't my fault the company sent me the wrong colour trainers, which was very inconvenient, as I needed shoes asap.

Spartoo Birkenstock sandals

I would like to exchange the sandals that I purchased because they are the incorrect size. The sandals got here within the week, so there should be a distribution center here in the USA. I shouldn't have to pay to return the sandals to France. I failed to read the bad reviews and the return/exchange policy.

Please send me a return label so that I can send these back and continue to purchase and recommend your web site.

Spartoo their whole conduct

Hi I ordered shoes for the first time in the last few weeks. I will never ever order from this shambolic company again. I received the wrong colour, wrong size and complete wrong brand from what I ordered. I am finally getting a refund but the cost of posting back their mistake has come out of my own pocket. I am not out of pocket to Spartoo with not even a pair if laces to show for it. Do not order from Spartoo.

I just received item and it's not authentic. I have the same but old one, so I could compare. Return #HCCFACF. Spartoo offered refund but I should pay shipping costs. I want full refund plus shipping costs. I don't want to pay shipping and lose my money for this product. It's even illegal to sell not authentic items. I hope that this situation will be resolved.

Spartoo refund

I returned 2 items and instead of being refunded my card was charged with the same amount. I do not know how it happened . I turned to Spartoo but the Hungarian customer service did not help. I sent them all bank details but they still say the money was refunded, which is not true. It has been going on for 3 weeks now.I will not buy anything from this site in the future.

I sent back some items and instead of refunding me I was charged with the amount. I sent all bank proof for that fact but nothinghas happened. Moreover, they have not a acknowledged the fact . They keep saying I have been refunded.

Spartoo I was sent the wrong item

Ordered a Superdry backpack. They sent me a Superdry backpack but it was the wrong one.
I'm not sure if I will risk sending it back as there are very poor reviews about this site about them saying they didn't receive the returns.

(Please publish this complaint. I received an email from you saying information was missing. Please let me know waht information you are looking for from me. There is no indication here or in the email of what that is. Thank you.)

Spartoo birkenstock gizeh sandals

"Hello Adriana,

Thank you for your prompt response regarding my return label. I do have to say that I am not happy with the fact that I would have to pay for the shipping, given the fact that The sandals I bought are synthetic and go against the principle behind Birkenstock. I was also disappointed with the sandals; they were unbearable, and super uncomfortable.

Had I known that the cork part, which is the most important part of any sandals/shoe, and especially Birkenstocks, is synthetic I would not have bought it. I did in fact read under the description that some parts of the shoe were synthetic, though I did not imagine that the cork part was also synthetic.

In order for me to continue to make purchases or even recommend your website to family and friends, I do recommend that you advertise the titles of these sandals sold in Spartoo clearer.

I would like from you to send me a return label to send you back the sandals.

Looking forward to hear from you."

After this email was sent out, I heard nothing.

I am also confused about where the items have been shipped from. It says that these products are from the UK but they asked me to return to France.

Spartoo Disgusting service!

I have purchased a pair of shoes from www.spartoo.co.uk and when I received them they were too small. I contacted Spartoo and asked for a refund and they agreed so I sent the shoes back. That was over a month ago and since then I heard nothing from Spartoo and they still did not refund me. I tried to contact them many times via email but they did not reply. They don't pick up the phone and they also ignored me on Facebook.
I had no other choice so I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute, that is my last and only hope. Never again!

Spartoo Agents ignored me and no info about my order

I bought sandals and sneakers from the company www.spartoo.co.uk. The services are horrible, so stay away from them. I placed the order and paid for it, but the seller didn’t provide any confirmation info. I tried to reach these dishonest people, but they didn’t reply and I really have no idea what happened with my order. After couple of weeks I again tried to reach them, but the situation was the same. WTF? I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

I wonder if you were contacting Spartoo's customer service directly, or were you in fact trying to contact the customer service of one of our partners? Our Customer Service, one of Spartoo's strengths, is open Monday through Friday from 8 - 5, and can be reached directly at [protected], or by emailing Adriana@spartoo.co.uk. All emails are replied to within a day, and we have 3 representatives ready to take your calls at any time during the day. We also have a "chat" feature on our site if you prefer, which also links you directly with our customer service department.

However, if your product was not a Spartoo product but in fact a partner product, you will have to take your complaint up directly with that partner. Spartoo has been a reliable company with excellent customer service for several years now. We do work with outside partners for our Marketplace, and each partner has their own policies regarding delivery, returns and customer service.

I can only apologise for your inconvenience. I would like to invite you to contact us directly as soon as possible so that we may compensate you for your inconvenience with a discount voucher (valid only on Spartoo items), and thus make it possible for you to give us another chance. Our customers' opinions are very imporant to us.

Spartoo I still have nothing.

I ordered my shoes from spartoo.co.uk and they sent out the wrong size because apparently their shoe sizing charts are wrong. They don’t even know how to size shoes. And so I send them back and was told when I send them off the new pair will be sent off immediately and they will be sent by UPS so I will get them quicker. After two months of waiting, I still have nothing.

Dr sir...dr sir...is this the original company...sir told me that this company has to complete 5 tasks when we deposit money...they said that only small ones will come...but I deposited lkr20000k...they also gave me lkr6400 for the task...isn't this company fake? ...If you can, sir, take action against these thieves.
