Wish Takes your money and get nothing.

I placed an order on May 8, 2021 and still have not received anything yet. My order was due to be delivered on June 7th. When it didn't come on 7th then they said it would be here on the 28th of June. Guess what it didn't come in. There robot for customer service is a joke. Will not give me a refund. They keep saying it's past 30 for a refund. They took the order and money and I still get Nothing. They are nothing but a SCAM 😡 This is a rip off.

Marley shirt was not the material I wanted

Wish Junpsuit

I have emailed 4 times in less then a month and no response back the support Kees saying your account has red flag or some [censored]. I need to return the jumpsuit as it's not sewn proper down the side. The seem is open. Plz email me back as I would like to return the product and get a refund plz. I have sent u a pic.

Wish electric scooter

I bought an electric scooter off you, but as my son was riding it, the front wheel flew off and he hurt himself.
I sent pictures in to wish with the faulty wheel.
I was told i would have a refund.
It is now 4 weeks, and still no refund.
And wish are not answering any of my messages.
I have asked them time and time again why they are not refunding me this, but no answer.
They are hoping i will just forget about it.
I tried to find a complaint address for wish, or phone number, but nothing.
This is a very poor service!

Wish Wont let me process an order with my wish cash

It keeps telling me to upload a photo of my id to prove my identity and then once I do ill be up and running and able to shop in no time but yet i send them my picture of my id repeated times over and over again and yet still the same thing . Ive been with wish for several years now and never ever had any issues up until now for some odd reason .

Wish Clothing was ok. If you received it. Baby items forget it dont do it onesies. Again if I could receive therest of my stuff I could tell u more

Made complaint before but does no good. Ii see many others have same problem and again its same complaints, no order history and taking money from our accounts and never receiving items. Returns are such a pain that I don't think its worth it, sometimes I've already just threw it away. I don't have time to run around when I work to send and also pay for sending back their mistakes. It's a shame because I did like the co. At first when I ordered 1 or 2 items. Then when I made a huge order everything came separate for most part and now I can't find my order. So it seems it was easy for them to confuse me on some things. I also paid2times for 1 item and still haven't received it. List goes on... I went and bought else where. If u see the baby holder looks like It's for a baby doll, it won't hold a baby. The eyelash sticker in my hand advertises it's a picture the eyelashes were ad like they reach across the back of a dbl headboard on the wall, the so-called change purse is sop small and ripped

I am writing to all the people who have been effected by this company. It has really been a bad decision for me to purchase from them. They have no idea! probably never will. The products..Well..Ones i received... Were not allllll bad but the products for my baby grandson werre so unsafe. Clothes were made cheap but for the price, no complaint chance u take... However i had a 259.99$ order and it suddenly can no longer be found..

#1 no customer service.. Cant talk to anyone ever!

#2 they say a csr will get a hold of u in 3-4 days when contactthem by computer.

#3 when u want to make a return...We the consumer has to pay for it

#4 if u make a mistakeon your order and 2 minutes later u try to change it.. Well its already shipping.. Never heard of such a thing.

Any ways i could go on, but i work hard for my money and it spends anywhere. Never again will i shop by computer. They have ruined for all the good co. That are honest.!
i think we all deserve to be given apologies..Owed money or product. They should be ashamed

Wish I got charged 13.97 for something that said .50 I would like my money returned to my account right away

I need my money back that you charged my credit card of 13.97. it said .50 cents so please return asap. I'm very upset when it says a price that's what it should be.So please return asap. I need that money.

Wish Theft from Wish.com

I expect a refund from Wish.com of 144.00 and 420.00. This money was taken and it's not from any item or combination of items. I have been messaged back promptly by Wish except its been copy & paste generic emails about all other topics. It's abusive to be ignored about my issue. The account is [protected]@gmail.com and I want the money refunded.

Wish 4 items

I placed an order for 4 items in March. They arrived in country days later. But were never delivered to me. It is now past the delivery date. And I was advised that my original delivery date if 17 June 2021 is now 7 July 2021. There is no way a delivery between 2 provinces would ever take this long. I have found this business to be dishonest. All query responses are robotic and vague

Wish.com just took money from my bank account and I didnt order anythink and I didnt even had wish apk installed. I hope that u see this becouse I dont want that this continues that u take my money from my bank account.

Wish Ice maker

I receive wish emails daily so after viewing a number of them
their polarized glasses caught my eye and ordered them after all they were very well priced
then an ice maker caught my attention $17. And change plus around 4 for home delivery or free to be picked up from one of their drop off stations the glasses arrived after 3 weeks and the "ice maker " 6 weeks
the extended wait for delivery is by Wish 's design as it is harder to claim after 30 days
here is what I received glasses a kids pr of broken glasses
the "ice maker" is a kid toy a small little plastic scoop
from a little girls dollhouse toys
I will be directing my complaint to the post office as I believe this is a criminal case of mail fraud

Desired outcome: REFUND PLUS A TOTAL CLEAN UP OF WISH AND THE FRAUDSTERS

Absolutely junk and a intensoalfraud spent over. $60 and got $20 worth of junk. Ordered a 199 box of tools for $18. Got a very poorly made 10 mm wrench. Not worth anything. Ordered 2 pack of led lights for $13 r got 1 tiny light. Contacted wish was told it's what I ordered. All. Products I ordered where way below usefulness

Wish payment issues

Due to not being able to change my payment details and keep getting same recurring message as everyone else I want my account cancelled with immediate effect but cannot find any way of doing this.
Products received have not been as described, arrived broken or not arrived at all. Postage costs often higher the cost of actual item.
DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Wish Need copy of history of my items purchased from December 2019 thru January 2021. I purchased a shower unit the LED lighting us not working.

Wish All season ultra soft quilted alternative fluffy comforter

I used to order from wish all the time but I stopped because the problems with billing/shipping/refunds just became too much...9 out of 10 orders has 1 of these issues. I had been looking for a nice duvet insert and I saw an ad somewhere for them on wish. I looked at them and saw some nice ones. I found one i really liked (and the funny this is that not that much less expensive than the ones I had been looking at at other stores) I saw that this one had express shipping and was shipping from the US so I decided to give them another chance. I ordered it and paid for the express shipping and was told on website and receipt that I would be receiving it by 6/7/21. I kept watching the tracking info and knew I wasn't getting this item on time. The 7th came and went so I contacted them and was told item was delayed because of covid and other factors. I couldn't believe they were still trying to use covid as an excuse. I told them I wanted my shipping fee refunded because I paid for it and didn't get in the time they advertised. Remember this is all done talking to a computer I think or the fastest typer in the world. They came up with some excuse that they are allowed extra time when the delay is out of control like covid. I got a message the next day from an actual person and was told that if I did not receive the item by the 9th, I would get a full refund. The 9th there was no package, and I went on the app to ask for my refund and was told I was trying to re-open a closed ticket. Whatever that means, then they bumped me off that issue and asked if I had any other issue and I said yes, went through the whole process of telling which order and what the problem was and was instantly giving a reply saying sorry they couldn't help me with my refund because the complaint was not filed by 7/10/21, a date that hasn't even come yet and bumped me of that subject. I had to go all the way back through and tell my problem over again and was told I would hear back in 2-3 days. I also have been checking tracking info and there has not been an update in 48 hrs. Ive done enough online shopping to know that the 3 major shipping companies are constantly updating the shipping information. I ordered a duvet cover from a different company 2 days after I ordered this item and I've already received it. What I want to happen is to be refunded the 68.00 I paid for an item that I have not received then I will never order from them again. I think they named the company Wish because you have to wish you get the right item on time or at all.

Wish Wrong items sent and poor quality items.

I placed orders with WISH Co. The merchandise was poor quality and not as described. For instance a ring I ordered was described as 925 stamped silver an it was not! I ordered 1 hairpiece, I received 8 hairpieces and was charged for 10 hairpieces. my orders totaled $143.48. I want my money refunded-- all of it-- and I will return all of their products. They messed everything up and then charged me for it including postage to send it to me. Very dishonest company ans inefficient! I hope you can help me, or I will be contacting the Better Business bureau! thank you Debra Tiegs
