I was informed to win I had to get a green dot card and put 499.00 on it and then I was to call ben and give him the number and then when I went into that account the money was gone then I was told to get another green dot card for 50.00 and call ben and give him the number during all this I was told to go to another bank and open a account and they went into and changed my password and everything and tryed to get that money so I just want my money back

Claimed loss: 549.00 he has been calling for over a month trying to get more money

Desired outcome: I WANT A REFUND I HAVE THE RECEIP FOR BOTH CARDS
