Yes, it is a real company. But they hire other companies to sell their product, so when the salesperson scams you, PPG can say "We don't do that." You know that the salesperson is predatory when they asked my mother for her credit card info AND her bank routing and account numbers so they could charge her repeatedly. I canceled both immediately. I'm a retired prosecutor. These creeps are everywhere.

i have called for 3 weeks straight to cancel my policy and everyone either hangs up on me, tells me theyll call me back or they just dont pick up. they knew i was calling to cancel as well and now i feel like their avoiding me. i just want my money back thats it.

filed a complaint with the *** Attorney General after receving a letter that my home warranty was expiring (don't have one). Letter includes name of mortgage company. This letter is likely to mislead vulnerable and elderly individuals into paying for something that they do not want or need. Fake customer id number.

I recently tried to move forward with my policy to file a claim. However the company recant their help on policy for a hardship. The customer service rep told me due to my hardship they would work with me with mileage if it wasnt over *** miles after 30 day waiting period. I ask for recording to be played they listen to it but not with me! And i was told that i was going to speak to a supervisor but didn't! Also i was told they cover all transmission issues but when a problem existed they said they dont cover it?!

I purchased car warranty on 04/04/2022 the finally day 04/05/2022 I cancelled. I waited for couple weeks and noticed my refund wasnt sent back to my card. Finally I called the Palisade Protection Group spoke with employee name Gabe. He told me I have to right a letter saying I want to cancel and why Im canceling. Called on numerous occasions only to be told we are processing your payment. 2-weeks again no payment. Called again today 04/07/2022 was hung up on twice the same answer as before. Im trying to avoid involving my attorney for *** that could just pay my refund.

I received a car warranty notice in the mail after buying my car at a car dealership. I called there number and preceded to bully me into believing the plan that I had purchased at my dealership was faulty. And they told me if I got off the phone without paying them, that my warranty would expire and I would be out of luck, even though the expiration date was a week out. They got a $495 down payment out of me, but when I tried to call them back for a refund all I get is a voicemail and put on hold for 15 minutes for each call back. And then I started receiving robo calls from a private number for two hours afterwards. Right now I have a claim filed against them with my bank. There is nothing reputable about these scam artists

This is a predatory scam company. They send out letters that will alarm people who are not aware of such things. They got my elderly mother (82 years old and on a limited income) to sign up for a home warranty that is $230 a month. The letter makes it seem that they are with the mortgage company - but the fine print on the bottom says that they are not affiliated. I called to cancel and was told that I need to mail a letter to get her refund. I asked directly - will this call stop future payments from coming out? I was told yes but you guessed itanother payment has been taken. Im writing in hopes to reach anyone who is researching this company BEFORE you or your family member gets scammed. Its shameful how these companies are allowed to operate and take advantage of the elderly.

I wouldnt know if it is a good deal or not to get coverage on an older care, but my complaint with them is the refund process. I got my policy over the phone, bought it over the phone, used my credit card over the phone. You have 30 days to be refunded the money you paid. First it is hard finding this places information. When I did call them, I had them cancel my warranty and refund my money. The person never told me that I had to write to them to cancel it. I found this out the next time I called them, and they said oh, you have to write on a piece of paper that you want to cancel your insurance with your policy number and sign it. So now I need to waste my time writing, getting an envelope , and a stamp, to have them refund my money. A very very poor way to do business. TLDR? The refund process is a pain in the ***.

Never deal with a company who ignores court subpoenas!I have been spammed with phone calls from this company using spoofed phone numbers even though my name is on the national do not call list. I purchased a policy and received it FROM PALISADE to prove it's them calling me because they hide behind fake company names and spoofed phone numbers. I then served them with court papers which they completely ignored and never reported to the court. *** (who owns both Palisade AND A-List Marketing) and *** are malicious scammers who want to rake in the bucks using illegal marketing tactics, but refuse to cooperate when they get busted. NEVER DEAL WITH A COMPANY WHO IGNORES COURT SUMMONSES! IF they become liable to you, THEY WILL IGNORE YOU AND THE COURTS!According to the *** I am entitled to damages stemming from these illegal phone calls. This company plays games, lies, misleads, cheats and wastes you time to intentionally delay any process you may have against them. They contact you just enough to make you think that they are concerned before they go silent and resume ignoring you. If you end up having a problem with Palisade, A-List Marketing, *** or ***, they play stupid games with you to stall your process of holding them responsible for their violations of the law. If this company called you with a robotic or prerecorded message, THEY OWE YOU MONEY! Make sure to file a TCPA claim against the company AND the officers.

We purchased a home warranty contract on May 2, 2022 with a down payment. We received an email confirmation that day with the information that within *** business days we could log into "gotomycoverage.com" to view the plan. It said you would use the contract number as the password. However, the confirmation email had no number by "Contract #" so could not log in AND the expiration date was 2/16/22 ... 3 months before we even purchased a contract. It also said that the coverage packet with ID card would arrive in the mail in the next 10 business days. We waited for the packet to arrive but didn't, so called the company on May 17th and talked with an agent.. She was sorry and would email a correct confirmation that day which she did. We were able to log on and download from the site. We decided that day that we would cancel the contract as we had a 30 day window in which to do that, but had only about 15 days left in which to do that. We could never get anyone on the phone at the customer service number. Always waiting for someone to answer, and then often the message would be they would call back. We did that numerous times and never received a call back. We then called the activation section numerous times and they (at least 4 different agents) would always send the call to the customer service, and every time it was the same ... high call volume and put on hold. This happened on May 19,20,23, and 24 ... multiple times each day.. NO HELP ... no one answers the phone. We want to cancel the contract and get our down payment refunded. We don't know what the booklet says because *** If we write a letter instead of trying to get someone on the phone, they will not get it before the 30 days are up. They are closed on weekends and probably for Memorial Day. We do not want to be charged in June for a contract we do not want. We are considering contacting a lawyer.

Beech of contract I paid $240 a month which came out my account every month. Then when my vehicle had a problem I took it to the mechanic shop which they denied my claim. They told the mechanic shop that my membership has been expired. I have the card on hand that states the day I purchased the card and the expiration date which I contact the company and spoke to a representative which they told me my payment was up to date. They avoid the question why my coverage had been denied. They sent me to three different departments and call returned back to claim service with no explanation possible. I can not get any answer out of them. Sincerely

The week of August 22, 2022 I received a postcard to ACTIVATE an extended warranty on a car I inherited. I called thinking the policy had been paid for since it was just an activation. The man I spoke with explained nicely to me how it was not just an activation, that I had to enroll also. I said I would check to see if the person I had inherited the car had paid for it or not. He got rude to the point of hanging up on him. I checked and it wasn't paid for so I called back to find out more information on the extended warranty and complain about *** I spoke to in the beginning. The person then got belligerent so I hung up. Now I am receiving scam calls constantly! Today I received a 3rd mailing, so I called to ask to speak to a supervisor and was refused. I want this Palisades Company to stop selling my information and to leave me alone!

Yesterday a nice man persuaded my elderly mother to purchase a $3590 "Platinum" coverage for her 2018 Kia *** with a factory 10 year *** mile warranty because "it will cover the computer chips". This is bogus because somebody needs to show me what bumper this mysterious computer chip is outside of. I called them to cancel the plan and the man said "No Problem!" however when I told him to put the $195 charge back on her debit (not credit card, GRRR) he said he WILL NOT unless a letter is written informing them of the cancellation of the plan. They are very quick to take your card over the phone but add extra hurdles to get your deposit back. If my mother would have used a credit card I would have called the card and had it refused and got my money back, now I need an address to mail a letter? This is a SCAM! I want her debit card refunded the $195 deposit!

I Purchased a car warranty from preferrred protection group in ***. This was done in February with an effective date of February 28. When I spoke to the sales rep he told me it would take 30 days to be effective I paid $*** on my bank card. When I received the booklet it said 30 days AND *** miles. I told them I dont drive *** miles even in a year and I was canceling the policy. I sent a return receipt letter to them and they signed for it that was in February. I asked them to send me a check for reimbursement of $***. During that time I had a dispute of a charge on my card so I had to change my account that is why I asked them to send a check they said they would I have called them repeatedly and now it is *** and I still do not have my refund. I told them I am a senior citizen and they are taking advantage of me. Can you help me get the return of my $***?

Home warranty purchased June 24th, 22. Agent (***) guaranteed that warranty could be cancelled within 30 days and a full refund of the ($495.00) down payment would be returned. My down payment was made via credit card. I called them the same day requesting to cancel, and was told that someone would be calling me back - they never did. As of writing this, more than 2 weeks later. I have called them almost every day they've been open a total of 22 times in an attempt to cancel and receive my refund. I still have not been called back (as I was told would happen), received any form of cancellation instructions (which I was told would be in the booklet - it is not), or simply been told how to cancel the warranty over the phone. I have since cancelled the credit card suspecting this is a fraudulent company and will be reporting my experience everywhere possible.

This is the abridged version. Purchased the plan on July 6. End of September had an issue that needed repair. The lift gate arm broke. I called the third party administrator, safeguard who told me repair would be covered. Brought car to shop who called the administrator and was told to fax service records over. Records faxed over and then they subsequently denied claim because my service records for oil changes(1 of which was done at the dealer) did not have the part number for the oil used. Instead it had name and type of oil used. I called admin and they were no help. Finally got number for palisade who I called and was forced to leave messages for them to call back. Finally when I spoke with them(***), he didnt even know his company website. When I never got calls back and tried calling numerous times I decided that I was being scammed and called my credit card company and reported as fraudulent. All I want is them to reinstate policy and provide service..

My father, ***, passed away on Dec. 27, 2021. He had purchased a *** Contract in September for his 2020 Dodge Durango from Palisade Protection Group. I have the contract agreement that was purchased. After my father's death, I contacted Palisade and sent them the requested information. I have sent Palisade Protection Group a copy of the death certificate, a letter requesting a refund of the cancelled contract, along with updated contact (name and mailing address) information (in my name as his estate executor). I have called them multiple times and have been told the check is in the mail, to they will email their refund department. Every time I call I get a run-around story. The total contract purchase price was $3,248.00, with effective dates of 9/10 to 10/10/26. I have been trying to get this contract refunded since March this year 2022. I have called them on the following dates: March 11, April 4, April 8, May 9, May 25, June 9, June 24, all to no avail. I would ask for your assistance in getting this contract price refunded, understanding that it will be pro-rated, however the contract was only in effect for a short period of time.

I applied for warranty service for my 2015 Jeep Compass car with Palidide Protectio. Group S my original had expired. I applied to Paliside Protection Group as they had taken over the warranty (sorry can't remember the name of original *** I was told I would receive the warrant in the mail and I have not. It has been approximately 3 weeks and I've received absolutely nothing. I called this morning and spoke to a rude man claiming to be the supervisor who kept calling me honey I asked him why I hadn't received anything and he couldn't give me an answer. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he stated he was the supervisor. He told me he put the information in the mail and I should get it shortly and kept calling me honey. I told him I did not believe hi. And found it offensive that he ***.ued to ca me honey! I don't feel it appropriate for anyone to call a customer honey. I am asking for the warranty I paid for be sent me me at my address or a full refund of my money. I am truly offended that this person who clai.s to be a supervisor is allowed to call customers honey. Oh yes o e more thing he found it necessary to tell me he was gay. So.ethi g I did not need to know. Please assist me in either getting the warranty I paid for pr get my money back in full.
