We got our windows for our whole house in March
We got our windows for our whole house in March . When they put in the windows in July , there were lots of scratches, dents, and bubbles on the windows and frames. Window World had the window company come out and check it out and ordered new ones. We put off stuccoing our house for the new windows. The 2nd set of windows came. When they put them in, they broke 2. 2 windows in the front of our house sat broken while we waited again for more new ones. We couldn't wait any longer and after putting off re stuccoing our house, we had it done. Window World replaced the broken windows and found out that one of the new ones was the wrong "build." We were also waiting for a new sliding door. We have been patient and worked the best we can to get the issue resolved. At this point we need one new window and the sliding door replaced. They said they have these windows now (and I really hope they are the right ones), but they won't cover any damage to our new stucco when they put them in. We feel that after waiting a year for windows to be put in, and putting off the stucco originally that this is a fair request. I would like my remaining window and sliding door put in as agreed and already paid for in March with the promise to fix any damage they cause when putting in the window and door.
