I got a big problem with Dan's discount window & doors
I got a big problem with Dan's discount window & doors. They gave me a quote in Jan 2019, but it wasn't finished until Sept 2019. They didn't finish the job and didn't talk to me for over a year, even though I called them a lot. In Oct 2020, a manager called and wanted to come to my house for 5 minutes to fix 10 windows. But my house was rented and nobody could come in because of Covit. Then, *** called me and asked for $7,460.74. I'm happy to pay if they finish the job. The address is ***, Waterloo ON, ***.

The guy said it was warped and that he'd get service to come out and look at it. But then, like, several months went by and nothing happened. I called them up again and asked for the manager, but they said they couldn't find my records and thought I had the wrong company. I mean, come on, that's ridiculous. So I forwarded them some emails I had with their reps about other window stuff. They told me to only talk to this one lady, but she couldn't find my records either. I talked to her for a while and told her they should be on file with some program, but it took like a whole week for them to finally tell me they found my records somewhere else. They said they'd send out a tech, but then more weeks went by and nothing happened.
