I paid 7,500 bucks for a sunroom from J B & D Siding & Window Co. and they ain't comin' back to finish or fix their work. The glass door don't open right, it's all sticky and you gotta push the top up, hold the handle and push. The door's all crooked and the installer, Thomas, filed the bottom. He told me to call Craig, the salesman, at [protected], but Craig told me to call the installer. Plus, the window on the left don't match the others. I sent pictures by registered mail and got a card sayin' they got it. What can I do to get this fixed?

I got three doors and a big window from JB&D. The front door and storm door ain't never worked right. When the workers came to put them in, they didn't bring no tools and had to use ours. The storm door fell off six weeks ago and they said they'd replace it, but we ain't got no door yet. The front door is out in the weather now. They said it'll be six more weeks before they can get us a new door. They're a door and window company, but it takes them six weeks to get a door? The front door ain't hung right and drags on the floor when we open it. It's hard to open too. We paid twice as much as another company would have charged.
