On June 2, I ordered a Sliding patio door with the opening on the LEFT side, just like the one that was already there
On June 2, I ordered a Sliding patio door with the opening on the LEFT side, just like the one that was already there. However, on February 14, 2022, the company came to install the door with the opening on the RIGHT side, which is the wrong side. I've made numerous calls to the seller and the company to have it switched, but it still hasn't been done. The contractor mentioned that there would be a charge of $800.00 to fix it, which we agreed to split, $400.00 each. Despite this agreement, the work remains unfinished, and the contractor is not responding to my calls. I already paid the full price of the door, which was $4400.00. I don't believe I should have to pay an additional $400.00 out of my own pocket due to their mistake. I didn't even request a new door (which I probably should have), they were supposed to just flip it over, but even that would look strange. Is there anything you can do to assist me? Thank you.

The first down-payment was made on 09/09 and AA Glass & Windows Inc promised day of the installation was scheduled 01/21/2022. It never happened on this date. Installation was made around Feb 2022 but with 1 broken glass and 1 glass not glued to the door also the metal bended purchased with this company. And the finish work was quoted for $700 AA Glass & Windows Inc advised to make the full payment because they're service was complete BUT with completion of a BROKEN glasses. Then waited the warranty glass installed 07/08/2022. The bended metal and the finish work has not been finished or resolved - now the company is asking again for the final payment. I am not sure what exactly this company do. 1- Broken glass has nothing to do with them 2- *** of installation or finish work has nothing to do with them either... so what's the client's satisfaction does this company care?
