I purchased a dress at your Whole Foods in Elmhurst IL a few days over the 30 days- I was searching for a smaller size and found one at another of your stores. I then went back to the Elmhurst store to return and was met with a rude assistant manager - I asked to speak with the manager and she would not provide his name or when he would be available. I called the Willowbrook store and spoke with Manny- manager and shared the situation -he provided manager’s name at Elmhurst. I am asking for the return to be honored- a credit is acceptable. I have the receipt and all tags are attached. Deanna- at Elmhurst did not seem interested in helping me. This experience is one of the reasons that I look to go to other stores.
