White Castle review: Wait time is ridiculous and unacceptable

Went to the Florissant location on Lindbergh by Baskin Robins tonight around 9pm. My son went in to get food and there was like one other person in there and he was in there for like 45 minutes. All he got was a large order of mozzarella sticks and a medium chocolate shake. There were people go in after him and coming out before him. I started to get out of my car and then decided to call my son on his phone to see what was going on. He said his friend ordered a medium chocolate shake and they did not bother to tell them the machine was almost out of shake mix and they had to put more in and it was not ready. They stood there for about 10-15 minutes before they were told that. If they would have been told that they wouldn't have waited. This is the like the 4th time we have gone in the late evening and had this long of a wait. Last time about probably 2 months ago (which was the last time I was there before tonight) I was there for almost an hour and they forgot my chicken rings and were rude about it. So tired of this place and actually all fast food places. They are all way over priced and take way too long to get your correct order to you.
