White Castle review: Rude employee and manager's weak apology

On August 15, 2025, this morning, I went to white castle and the lady at the front was very rude to me, didn't greet me or acknowledge me at all! I told her that I had a coupon, and she ask me was it expired in a very nasty way. I do not know why she was so rude, and I had a valid coupon and showed her, and she was still being nasty and had an attitude.
