White Castle review: Manager

I wanted to redeem for a free small drink with my order and it did not come up on my order. I told the person at the window about it and he said I didn't have a drink on my order so I explained it to him, he called the manager over and tried to explain it to her but she was not listening to him. She looked at the scree and told him I didn't order a drink. When I tried to explain she got very rude to him and to me and said she doesn't get a drink.
