White Castle review: Horrible service

I ordered online app said it will be ready at 11:05 we arrived around 11:10 order was not ready until 11:40 and Its a good thing I was inside looking at them they had missing fries and did one burger against my specific instructions. didn't get home until almost 12am in the morning. Would like to mention U-ber eats was also waiting excessively long and complaining he could of went to another job. They are understaffed and unprofessional and unorganized!
