White Castle review: Food delivered sloppy / uber eats

I ordered White Castle through Uber Eats today and my ordered arrived sloppy. Usually this location in Chicago the service is usually good. My drinks were not covered nor the food. It was in a regular bag as if I walked into the restaurant myself and picked this up. Strangers are in charge of my food and I expect it to be delivered properly. My order was wrong I asked for extra pickles on my cheese sliders that was missing, no barb sauce for the chicken rings, and no napkins either. I called and spoke to a young lady who said she was the manager. Tyrika was polite and understanding. This should not be happening anything can be done to your food enroute.
