White Castle review: 100th birthday coffee cup

I have been a loyal white castle customer since 1945 (brooklyn ny-utica avenue) when there were "roller-skating waitresses" and have been buying food and accessories to date.

On may 27, 2021 I purchased a 100th anniversary coffee cup at wc in hasbrouck hts nj, which was guaranteed to be dishwasher safe. On the second washing, the unbeknownst flimsy cover (which looked like it was baked on the cup) came off, as it was really only a plastic glued cover and very deceptive on your part. Perhaps a better qa department would provide more control on the products you offer in your stores.

I paid $6.39 and expect that you will remit this to me asap.

This is disgraceful on the part of white castle and more importantly to claim that the product was dishwasher safe, which it is definitely not.

I expect that as a loyal customer for over 70 years you will "do the right thing".
