Terrible service and defective products
I bought a set of tires and wheels from Matt at we wheel fire and I had a left rear tire blowout and did over $5000 for the damage to my truck. While looking at this the tires were cracking between the tread. He said he would talk to the tire manufacturer Americus and he never got back with me. Now his email has been disabled.: host...

I ordered a set on august 20th. About 4 weeks later I called, and was told my tires were on backorder but they got them and order was being processed, would be shipped within a day or two. Now its October 20th, and I cant even get ahold of anyone. Phones have been cut, website offline. I need tires. I don't want to buy another set, then have this set come thru. Tell me something
No service
Spent 2500 on tires and rims and they will not email or answer phones at all. No response to anything. No tired and rims and no response. Money back! I have tried to call during the hours listed n says they are closed. I've tried emailing multiple people and no response. This is ridiculous its been over a month. I need a refund immediately. I am beyond pissed about this.
Desired outcome: Refund

customer service/balancing/tpms
Lmao first of all these complaints all seem to be on par with my experience, I was told my rims where in stock, 10 days after ordering I was told they were on back order, after almost a month I got the wheels a weight had falling of one wheel, they said it happens with shipping lol, then I had the tire store check the balancing of the other tires and they were all off, they insisted that it was impossible... Like it's not possible to fu I up while balancing a tire, then the tpms sensors won't work at all, smfh... Dont trust this company at all, and i'm definitely a verified customer and can prove it if need be, if you do order from these people just get rims and be ready to wait, also why can't I find a place on wheelfire.com to leave a review lol cause yall scam like a motherfucker
impossible to return the wrong items shipped
I have tried for two months to get my issue resolved. They shipped the wrong size tires on the rims. I called, emailed and submitted disputes with Paypal and Chase. In addition, they shipped 1/2 the wrong size lugs. The wheels were out of balance so bad that I had to take them to a local shop to get corrected. Wheelfire still has not paid for that service even though they suggested the shop so they would pay. Never again will I use Wheelfire and I suggest the same for you. They don't honor their claim and if you are not satisfied they don't correct the problem.
wheel/tire package
Spent just under 2500.00 on a wheel/tire package for my truck. Even though they claim to be wheel/tire experts, they sent me wrong lug nuts (The free ones) and did not send me the correct ones that I paid for. This destroyed the studs on the left front, and damaged some studs on both rear wheels.
I had to buy a front hub assembly just to get my original wheel back on so my truck could be driven to work. Over the next week and a half, I played email tag with matt, one of the "experts" eventually, he credited me back money I was charged for lug nuts that they did not ship, and he asked me to send him a copy of the invoice for the hub assembly. Two weeks into this, he sent me replacement studs for both rear wheels.
Now he tells me they are not going to reimburse me my 150$ for the hub! Even though they are the experts, and they have a 100% correct fit gaurantee, they damaged my vehicle and would not do the right thing.
Their senior mgr. Is an arrogant [censor]! No customer service here!
Stay away from these f'n crooks!
Next stop... Better business bureau florida!
These monkeys claim to have a really good rating with the better business bureau. If thats true, then someone at the bureau is not doing the job they are there to do! Very unprofessional outfit! They screw up, and then hang you out to dry!
forget about them
This is by far the worst site I have ever made the mistake of shopping on. The wheels I ordered were out of stock. I had to call in another day to find this out when I asked where my tracking email was. They promised 7-10 business days for the wheels to make it to my door. Well, that didn't happen, it took 3 weeks. They didn't even care that the wheels took so long and told me that they can't guarantee the shipping will be the same as what the site says. The site has guarantees all over it. Why would you put up false guarantees? So finally 3 weeks later I receive my wheels and they are the wrong wheels. So once again I had to call them and figure out what was going on. After arguing on the phone with brad (The # I dealt with from sales) for 2 hours the final word from him was that they aren't that different from the picture and that they won't help me out. Brad kept telling me he gets screwed all the time. He just went to burger king and received french fries instead of onion rings. Yeah brad because $1400 rims and $2 fries and onion rings have a ton in common. Not to mention if you went back they would have rectified the mistake. But no these thieves aren't going to do anything for me. Avoid wheelfire.com at all costs.
worst service
These people are the worse company i have ever dealt with. I order a set of wheels from wheelfire.com and i wait about a week because i had'nt heard anything from them in reference to my wheels, they tell me that the wheels were not available this happen a total of 3 times. After dealing with their customer service for weeks i finally find a set of wheels that they actually have. So i receive my wheels and i was missing all my hardware and the wheels were the wrong color! i right away call customer service and they tell me that they can give me a concession if not i have to yet again choose another set of wheels because i got the last set of the enkei's i had ordered. Terrible customer service . Do not buy from wheelfire.com
product
I called wheelfire.com to order rims. I was looking online and i found 3 that i really liked for my nissan. I called them to make sure they were in stock. I was put on hold for 15 min. Than some ghetto person got on and said that all three are out of stock. I than said well why doesnt it say that online. And he said mmmm idk. Lol i hung up the phone after that. I than called discounttiredirect.com and it was a great! I just got my rims from them and they look really good. .
So people just stay away from wheelfire.
wheefire is a nightmare!
I purchased 4 wheels, mounted, balanced and guaranteed to fit my 2003 Chevrolet Malibu from wheelfire.com, I got extreme vibration at speeds over 50mph. Trying to resolve this issue I went to the Chevrolet dealer and got an alignment and 27 point vehicle inspection. I was told the wheels are either out of balance or i need to install hub rings. hub ring...

So i ordered a set of enkei rpf1's from this so called good company on 5/30/09 its now 6/15 and i still have no wheels on my car. I'm driving around in the summer with my winter studs still on my car. First they tell me the rims are back-ordered after further investigation i find out that the rims were in fact available so they go ahead and order my rims. They took three weeks to get my rims after i receive them it looks like they used a bar with sandpaper to mount my falken azenis on there. I sent back the damaged rims at my own expense to get it done quicker and now i'm just waiting for them to decide to ship me out my rims . If you want rims in a timely fashion i recommend you go somewhere else.
I too have experienced issues with Wheelfire.com, That guy Brad whoever he is, never returned my phone call and I have been with only 3 rims for over a month now. They have no structure setup to when Fedex loses a wheel. Never again will i order now recommend them to any of my friends.
shady business if you ask me
About 2 weeks ago I ordered Tenzo wheels with some Nitto tires from www. wheelfire.com . They took my payment only to call me back 2 weeks later letting me know that they cannot get me those wheels. Now I am looking at another week before I see my refund. Why take my money in the first place! Shady business if you ask me. I recommend you stay away from wheelfire.com and search locally for aftermarket performance rims.
Same girl became a lifetime false complainer, if you google Joi Stirrup right after she fraud the credit card company for over $1500 on this sale she's crying about in the post she pulled the race card and sued her former employer for discrimination because they would not kiss her ### supposedly at work, google her name and read the deposition of the lawsuit.
Joi Stirrup ?
Ive had this wrong the whole time, it's Joi Stirrup and the best part about it is she quit her job and then sued them for discrimination pulling the black card. check this

Joi Hawthorne is the one on the left
Joi hawthorne sounds like a real piece of trash to me too
Thanks office smarts for being such a big fat pile of garbage Joi Hawthorne-Catlin
regulardude...you are just another POS from Wheelfire.com...Great to see what a scam company Wheelfire.com is. I ordered wheels from your company with the guarantee of receiving them between 7-10 business days...what a joke and it appears to be every one's fault except "Wheelfires.com"...first it was the manufacturer then it was "FedEx". Just another example of "business in America"...It saddens me as an American that it appears very few companies take pride in their work or their companies. The City of Detroit is a perfect example.
The girl in this post "office smarts" who posts people's personal information online. Her name is Joi Hawthorne.
I bought RPM 505 18" staggered wheels from wheelfire about 7 days ago. They shipped promptly and when I had a question about center caps I thought were missing they answered promptly and solved the issue immediatley. They were in the box the whole time I just didn't see them but Brad was very helpful and curious.Wheel fire did everything they said they would for me and I would by from them again. Can't wait to get these on my flawless 350Z. Thanks Wheelfire!
Yep agreed, thx Office Smarts for your post and for letting Wheelfire expose THEMSELVES as to what sort of company they actually are. I also was considering purchasing some wheels for my 545i and figured i would do a quick google search of the company, glad i did!
Stay away from these crooks
I placed an order with www. wheelfire.com ending of March. When I received my order for 20" Lexani Lss-5 wheels and falken tires, they shipped me the wrong wheels! I know mistakes can happen so I give them about 2 weeks for me to receive the correct wheels that I ordered. After 3 and a half weeks, I finally get the wheels and tires that I ordered. Guess what, 2 of them were missing center caps and my directional Falken tires were mounted on backwards! I call them to ask them what we can do to rectify this and their customer service rep told me he would order me 2 center caps for my rims but I had to pay the shipping! INCREDIBLE!@!. I just wanted my transaction to be over with www.wheelfire.com so I agreed to pay the shipping, which by the way was $30. That's right, $30 bucks to ship out 2 center caps that dont even way 1 pound and when I am only a couple of states away. As far at the tires mounted backwards go, their solution was for me to go and pay out of my own pocket at a local tire place in my area. I recommend anyone looking for custom wheels and tires, to stay away from this company Wheel Fire, and go with TireRack or wheelsnext.com as I have ordered with all 3 and this is by far the worst!
STAY AWAY FROM These Crooks!
Crooks. They took my order and my money in the amount of over 700.00. This has been four months ago and I still haven’t been able to get in contact with them I have the receipt from my bank and I will be pressing charges. If possible fines and penalties Those crooks know they got my money, I want them all to go to jail , then they can keep the money
Wheelfire is joke. Order my rims March 5. Buy April 10 I still didn't have rims. I had to order another rim set because ones I order at the price point vanished. Like they took it off their web site. No discounts. Nothing for my troubles. [censored] you pay us. Finally got my rims weeks and $300 more. Walk away. the only came out of this deal is found ACHILLES tires. This things are great for the price. Just order an spare...not from wheelfire at over $200 (100 plus for shipping) but from gigi tired. Under 100...shipping for free. Good grief
I'm a business owner as well & I have to say that I went by their location today & found it to be top notch operation as well as having 100% of my definition of integrity making sure needs and sizes were met. As far as the the negative comments posted above, I have a hard time believing they are accurate & quite common for the competition to post.
Here's an idea! Spend as much time working as these guys and you'd probably get more business like they do!
Thanks again for your time, effort, and assistance today and yes I am a real customer as well. Feel free to contact me if you need to verify it.

I ordered a wheel and tire package and after 3 days had still not received an email about my order even though my card was charged and order marked as "verified" on the website. I called customer service and was connected to a very rude guy who basically said 'we don't have that wheel, find another'. I explained that I had spent hours looking at all the wheels on your website and I only loved the one style wheel. He said 'well, we can't get that wheel'. I asked him if he thought it was right that the wheel I wanted was shown as available in my size and suggested that he remove that option from the website in order not to disappoint any other customers the way that I've so thoroughly been disappointed. He said 'no, I wont remove it from the website, I'm not going to worry about other people ordering that same wheel'
Wheelfire.com is filled with crooks for sure. I am not surprised to find more people with the same problems I had. They sent me the wrong wheels and told me that I would have to pay a $300 restocking fee if I wanted to return/replace them. They told me that they were almost the same rims and that it wasn't their fault but rather the wheel manufacturers fault. The shipping took forever even though they say it is the fastest in the industry. I've received a packages from China faster than I got the rims from these ###. I pray to God somebody hacks their site and puts them out of business.
These reviews are all fake, beware of new websites like this popping up and allowing anybody to post a comment with out first being identified as a real customer. Once agian these reviews are fake. Look at the user name of the last comment, only someone in the industry would use a name like that.
I too have had many problems with www.wheelfire.com. They sent me completely different rims and tires. I ended up keeping them because their customer service department kept pushing me away. Never again will I buy wheels for my car nor recommend them to anyone. Horrible service. It also took me about 30 minutes to checkout on their website. It is very complicated to navigate through their rim styles.
