I went to the drive thru and ordered 2 Bacon Cheese Whataburgers with jalapenos added. I paid $16.11 with my Visa card and drove home.

When I opened the burgers, I discovered that there was no meat on my burgers!

LOL - both had cheese, bacon and jalapenos - but no meat.

I ended up putting some turkey lunchmeat on the sandwiches and quickly ate and came back to work.

This is unusual for the Whataburger in our town and I am sure it was an honest mistake - we would however, love to have a credit for the purchase. Thank you and please let me know what I need to do to now. Nancy
