Whataburger review: it took 22minutes to get my food

Only 2 other customers in the dining area
6 employees behind the counter
Took 22 minutes for 2 chicken burgers and 2 burgers meals. Nothing special order
Manager was present but did not see him until we got our food. He came out and got on to the employees for standing around... Not at their station.
My burgers were cold...
My worst experience and I frquent here
