Western Union review: service

I transferred money To PortSaid to my Friend and they saying last name Should spill EMIRA not Amira. The Strange thing that same Friend I transferred money to him with the same spilling and I can send you screenshot of the last transaction. BTW same name can spill different and still correct. You can write it Omira and still right. I talked to the customer service with (zinab) she said I have to go any branch close to me and change it when the time different 12 hours. It's 1:30 am Saturday and they close weekend so now my friend should wait until Tuesday because I have to go Monday to change it. Unacceptable service. West my time, energy and money. So bad so sad.
