Hi my name is Jessica Rico i want to complain about my unit damages. I live in 560 n. Kingsley Dr apt #215 los angeles Ca 90004. On April 5, 2019 as my family and i walked in to my apt. We notice the roof in the living room leaking i took video and at the momemt i went to show the video and report it to management who live here in the building, all Fernando told me was he was going to report it to Abra management . Nothing has been done yet. On Saturday on April 20, 2019 i called building manager to let them know that it was leaking again i spoke to the managers daughter Tamara, she told me that she was going to report it again i called between 1pm and 2pm claiming it as an emergency, all she said was that it was about to be 3pm that it was also late for it to be reported as and emergency due to there would be no one to work on it that day and that i would have to wait till Monday April 22, 2019. On Saturday i wasnt home my husband called me to tell me that the ceiling fell all over my sons toys, couch and carpet. I called building management to let them know. Fernando replied to my complaint by telling me he has to report my husband who he rented this unit with me but was never put in the contract 7 years ago i took it as retaliation because i complained about my unit. Also they know i have a dog whos been staying with us for over a year now by telling me hes going to report him as well. The reason im reaching out is because im concern for my 6 year old son and our health why isn't this being dealt with? Its been 3 weeks and nothing yet. So please if you can reply with a date and time this problem will be fix asoon as possible in no more than 3-5 business days I'll appreciate it. Thank you.
