Western Dental Services review: Braces and practices

Our daughter went in for routine care with her grandma and was told she needed braces. That they needed a one time down payment to put them on. So his acct was charged. Later we were told that she needed a tooth pulled and cavities taken care of before they could finish the job. Which was horrible for my child. Then they proceeded to charge his card monthly stating that he signed a contract and now we owe them thousands. I have obtained the contract and sent it into the bank. But they cant do anything else to help us. They have put a stop payment on his acct. But were being told that western dental is processing individual withdrawal transactions each time to get around the stop payment and take the money. We canceled the card. Everything. So now money has been taken from us that is for bills. Which was not accounted for being gone. This is not okay by any means. I would never recommend that anyone go there. What was supposed to be making sure my child has healthy beautiful teeth, turned into a nightmare. I'm still trying to salvage this situation in any way I can.
