We had an appointment at western dental in murrieta, ca. The dentist cussed at me, screamed at my 9 year old and then hit him. Wth! Do not ever take your kids here!

the little disgusting piece of garbage was peeing in the fish tank and the mother wasn't doing anything to stop it - so my dad did

Rude and unprofessional is part of the business plan. Over-reactions just come with the service. But be careful, they charge for that too.
