Hi, my name is *** and I'm renting a 2 bedroom apartment at ***. I want to complain about my property manager. I've sent several maintenance requests, but they never come to fix the things that need fixing. Whenever I try to call, nobody ever answers. When I do it online, nobody contacts me, even though their website says they will. The maintenance man only half fixes things when he does come. My bathroom has a strange smell coming from the toilet. I still have mice issues even though traps were put down. Nobody checked for holes where the mice could be coming from. I asked if light bulbs could be placed in the hallway and on the porch because it's really dark at night and I can't see my keys to open my door. Also, my refrigerator is leaking water inside, which is causing puddles at the bottom and making my food go bad quickly. I've had to throw away a lot of food because of this. I've been complaining about this since October and it's now December. I just want my issue resolved and my rent payments covered.

Hi, my name is *** and I'm writing to complain about my property manager. I've been living at *** for almost 3 years now, since August 15, 2022. I have a 7-year-old son who lives with me, and we've been living in this apartment in an unhealthy condition for the past few months.

When I first moved in, there were 4 small holes in my floor where I could see the basement underneath. I complained about it, but nobody came to fix it. At the beginning of this year, I started seeing roaches in my unit, which came from my upstairs neighbors who no longer live there. I made several complaints about it, but they only sent someone out 3 or 4 times, and the issue still persists as of today, June 30, 2022.

I've had to throw away food and furniture because roaches were in my cabinets, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The ecopest control told me that the kitchen counter-top in the upstairs unit is water damaged, and as long as it remains damaged, the roaches will continue to be a problem. Whenever I try to call the office for a maintenance request, I can never reach anyone. I've brought these problems to my landlord's attention, but still nothing has been done. I have proof of my call log with no answer and pictures of the roaches.

I've also complained about my refrigerator leaning to the point where it could fall at any moment. I've tried to get my bathroom door fixed, but nothing has been done. The water pipe under my sink is broken and keeps coming loose, causing water to spill. There's also mold in my bathroom and bathtub. Additionally, all the doors are fire hazards, and my 7-year-old son can't even open them in case of an emergency.
