Hi, my name is [Redacted] and I'm renting a 2 bedroom apartment at [Location Redacted]. I want to complain about my property manager. I've sent several maintenance requests, but they never come to fix the things that need fixing. Whenever I try to call, nobody ever answers. When I do it online, nobody contacts me, even though their website says they will. The maintenance man only half fixes things when he does come. My bathroom has a strange smell coming from the toilet. I still have mice issues even though traps were put down. Nobody checked for holes where the mice could be coming from. I asked if light bulbs could be placed in the hallway and on the porch because it's really dark at night and I can't see my keys to open my door. Also, my refrigerator is leaking water inside, which is causing puddles at the bottom and making my food go bad quickly. I've had to throw away a lot of food because of this. I've been complaining about this since October and it's now December. I just want my issue resolved and my rent payments covered.

Hi, my name is [Redacted] and I'm writing to express concerns about my property manager. I've been residing at my current address for almost 3 years now, since August 15, 2022. My 7-year-old son and I have been enduring unhealthy living conditions for the past few months.

Upon moving in, I noticed 4 small holes in my floor exposing the basement. Despite my complaints, they were never addressed. This year, a roach infestation began, originating from a previous upstairs neighbor. Despite multiple complaints and a few pest control visits, the problem persists as of today, June 30, 2022.

I've discarded food and furniture due to roaches in my kitchen appliances and cabinets. Ecopest control indicated that a water-damaged kitchen counter-top in the upstairs unit is contributing to the ongoing issue. Attempts to request maintenance via the office have been futile, and my landlord has been unresponsive despite my documented attempts and evidence of the infestation.

The refrigerator is precariously leaning, the bathroom door remains unfixed, a broken water pipe under the sink causes leaks, mold is present in the bathroom, and all doors pose fire hazards that my son cannot open in an emergency.
