Landlord witholding security deposit and trying to charge $3000 for damages to backyard. Ignoring knowing about dogs and pet pig (yes pet deposit was paid). Any damage to property was from house settling or from dogs running in backyard. We patched any and all nail holes, mowed both lawns, made sure to clean up after pets, cleaned downed branches and plants from ice storm in February and October .

We moved in in July , noted this as its main priority issue in the move in form. It took us two months to get any sort of response. In the beginning of October they removed the back door to the house. It is now almost December and we STILL DONT HAVE A BACKDOOR. Through an ice storm, multiple thunderstorms, and wind that constantly brings in dirt and leaves into the backroom, they are now not responding to our repeated requests to install a backdoor.
