World Education Services [WES] review: WES is completely unprofessional non compliant organization

WES operates without a clear or publicly available procedure for converting academic grades into GPA, raising questions about how assessments are made. For example, my bachelor’s degree, completed from 2014 to 2018 with a final grade of 73%, was assessed by WES in 2019 with a GPA of 3.6/4.0. However, when I requested a reassessment in 2024 after losing my original evaluation, the new report reflected a significantly lower GPA of 3.1. Despite multiple attempts to clarify these discrepancies, WES has not provided any explanation for this irregularity. Notably, my original university continues to recognise my degree with a 73% grade.
I wish I could give minus (-) 10000 out of 100 for WES operation who choose to operate in dark
