Wells Fargo has to be stopped. They call all day long. I did answer the phone Sunday, told them I was going to Church. I can't beleive my cell went off in Church. Sure I left it on, but they knew. Now you can disrespect me still until your soul is content or until I hang up.
Now to disrespect God you have to be the living Devil. Thats a Sin.
Wells fargo will close one account after they suck you dry and then they just write the other one off. I m definitely taking you to court to recover my money. Wells Fargo just closed down 2 draft accounts, and they were all paid ahead. Now the money I was sending in for the draft checks they just put it where they want it and after a year Randy Ranking (Colorado Spring@ Academy Branch) said he did not agreee with the contract, therefore he said that was a write off. I'd love to take them to court . I only owed $2045.00 on the account he has me owing almost $5000.00. Its wrong the way they do people and nobody is doing anythng about it. When that girl called the Church that was the biggest mistake she'll ever make, but God said Vengence is Mine. ( yes I said girl, because only a girl (child) would call the Church)

Every single branch, dept., area etc. of Wells Fargo has to be the most unprofessional, unknowledgeable group of people I have ever dealt with. My situation deals with the WF Home Financing and I also will have a comment under the "auto" section. My husband and I were FHA "pre-approved" in October 2017 for a home. We did everything they asked in a more that timely manner. We found ourselves having to repeatedly fax the same documents over and over. I kept saying "we've already sent that" and the reply would always be the same. "Underwriting needs it". So what exactly is underwriting doing with all this stuff I keep sending? The "specialist" (at least that's what they call themselves) kept asking me for two months and at least more that half a dozen times what our relationship was with the seller. I answered the same everytime, "he's my husbands employer". I told her that I had answered that question numerous times before and of course her reply was "underwriting needs to know". WHATEVER! It got the the point to where I felt that I was being interrogated and that they were suspicious of us, like we were trying to pull some shady deal over on them. What, because the seller is my husband's boss? So finally we had pretty much everything done and were about set to close, shooting for the end of December. The "specialist" we had been dealing with had gone on vacation the 3rd week of December and someone else was handling our loan. The fill in "specialist" called us on December 28th to tell us that the loan could not be done because of something called an "identity of interest". This being the relationship between us and the seller. Apparently you can not buy a house from someone who has any financial interest in you. So ok, you people couldn't tell us this back in October when you started questioning us about it? Or maybe even in Novemeber when you were STILL questioning us. OH NO, let's wait until just a few days before closing. Well, that's not the end of it. The "specialist" comes back from vaca and gives us a call to tell us that that was just FHA and that we could still re-submit for a conventional. So we did, since they already had all of our info. A month goes by, we can't get any response by phone, email etc. Finally we make a call and talk to yet another person who can not seem to explain things clearly and talks Mortgage jargon like we all do this for a living. He explains that the "identity of interest" is still an issue no matter what type of loan we apply for. Remember we have waited another month to hear this AGAIN after being misinformed so many times before. His attitude was basically, "Oh well, she was mistaken" . He even acted like we should've known this all along. I guess they don't believe in taking any action against employees for that kind of thing. After months of this, we are mentally exhausted and the thought of even starting over with someone else right now is not happening. We signed a six month lease for an apartment and will work on clearing our heads for now. These people have no concerns about how this has turned our lives upside down and put a HUGE strain on every apect of our lives. We have two children to take care of and both work full time and that doesn't stop during stressful situations. FIVE months of this. You don't realize how difficult and exhausting this can be unless you've experienced this or something similar. To them, it was like OK WHATEVER, SUCKS FOR YOU and on to the next VICTIM. No regard whatsoever. You may think you're different and it wouldn't happen to you. We're normal voting, law abiding people who pay our bills and it happened to us. Please don't ever use Wells Fargo (any division for any type loan) and share this with anybody who is considering them. If one doesn't have problems up front while making the loan, I can almost promise that you will later on when it's too late. They are untrained, unprofessional and don't take responsibility for their mistakes. We have to make them accountable for all the things they've done to people. We have yet to have talked to anyone who has heard of this "identity of interest", at least in our situation. We are having this looked into because from what we've learned, this regulation, law whatever it is, shouldn't apply to our situation at all.

I am filing a complaint with the OCC as well as the Attorney General's office in my state and the Better Business Bureau. Perhaps if Wells Fargo receives enough complaints against it, it will be forced to treat its customers fairly.

Consider filing a complaint with the OCC, a federal regulator of national banks. Their website is http://www.occ.treas.gov/customer.htm

We are having the exact same problem, except they came and took our truck. After sending us 2 "refund" checks totaling $789.42. We have been desperatly trying to find a lawyer to help us but everyone we have contacted just assumes that we are in the wrong because Wells Fargo is such a large company. Please email me if you were able to find help; channa_norman@yahoo.com

They are doing the same thing to me! I just filed a complaint with the better business bureau. They have a website, and you can file the complaint online. I am hoping that this will resolve the situation.

I think that this is just a scam that Wells Fargo is running.

I had a similar problem with Wells Fargo also. In my case they said my insurance had expired (it had not), and if I could not prove I had insurance within 15 days, they would buy insurance and apply the cost to my account.

After providing my insurance info, I was later informed that their address was incorrect, so once again, if not corrected,...

The situation was taken care of, however, I'm am going through another problem with Wells Fargo involving them taking an extra payment out of my checking account.

This has yet to be resolved.

In the short time that I've dealt with Wells Fargo leaves me with the opinion that they are pathetic!

Carmax does not have to do a damn thing, you have to. It's your loan! What you want every body to do your work for you or are you just stupid? Get all the documents photo copy them, send the photocopy’s with a letter explaining what happened by registered receipt back mail. If what you are saying is true this will be fixed all by mail in a few weeks.
