Weber & Grahn Conditioning

We called Weber & Grahn Conditioning Corp. cuz our heating system wasn't working good. When we set the thermostat, the fan that blows air through the system didn't turn on. A guy from Weber & Grahn came and spent a few hours going up and down from the basement to the first floor (where the thermostat is) but he couldn't fix it. He said we needed a new thing called an acquastat and he had to order it. When he came back with the new part, it was the wrong one. This happened again with another guy. Finally, a third guy came and installed the right part. But then Weber & Grahn charged us for three acquastats and a lot of hours of work. We complained to their customer service and they said they would fix it and send us a new bill. But they never did, and then a collection agency called us.
