I bought an Air-Con mini-split a/c but it didn't work good

I bought an Air-Con mini-split a/c but it didn't work good. I called Air-Con International and they said no warranty and I gotta pay for the parts. I sent them a PDF with proof of a factory defect but it took MONTHS to get a replacement circuit. They gave me a circuit board for a smaller unit and now my ac turns off when it's 88 outside and doesn't work when it's under 50 in the winter. I've been calling for months but no answer. He was sick last Friday when we were supposed to get another board. HELP!
