Please save a screen shot of any documents you sign online from Waste Management through Docusign app screen showed the amount the agent and I were talking about on the screen and I signed via Docusign app base said $99 for the dupmpster then when I printed the document out later base rate had changed to $124 along with other fees. I was suspicious when he promised the same price for a weekly pickup as a bi weekly
