Waste Management [WM] review: Terrible overall experience

Getting a hold of someone to speak with takes an act of a higher power. It was unbelievably frustrating that they make it so difficult to actually speak with a representative. Not everything can be resolved, answered, etc. on line!

Here's the kicker, at 4:45 p.m. the evening prior to the dumpster being delivered, I received a message stating due to wires next to my driveway, the dumpster could not be delivered. First, the wires were not crossing the driveway, nor right next to the driveway. Instead of suggesting a smaller dumpster or possibly putting the dumpster in the street in front of my house, they just cancelled the delivery. I had reserved the dumpster weeks prior to the delivery and I wasn't even given 24 hours notice! The suggestion I received was to purchase their bags and I could schedule a pick up. I ordered a 30 yard dumpster - how many of WM's bags do you think I would have needed to purchase to equal a 30 yard dumpster! Ridiculous! Luckily, I found a reputable, dependable and professional dumpster company and they delivered the dumpster.
