Waste Management [WM] review: Still waiting for bins

After our garbage and recycling bins didn’t show up as promised on Thursday, I called WM. They looked it up and said “look on the corner of…..” sure enough, I drove down the long block and they had left them both way down on the corner. Being old and with mobility disabilities I cannot walk that far to fetch them, and could never haul them back there full. The woman at WM said she would contact dispatch and call me back, but she never did. I called again in the afternoon and that guy said he couldn’t do anything until dispatch emailed the first woman back. Finally on Friday morning I calked again, this woman agreed to update my account for curbside service and to have dispatch bring them to the house. Still waiting, and of course since we just moved, we have garbage and recycling piling up.
