Waste Management [WM] review: Service - non-existent

Working with them is a joke, at best. First off, they did not come weekly, even though I paid in excess of $700 annually. When I called to complain that they did not pick up for three weeks, they informed me they may charge me an additional fee because I had a lot of garbage. I finally after dealing with this for three years, called and cancelled. They acknowledged receiving my cancellation timely, but because they did not send me an acknowledgment, they continued my service and would not cancel back to the date that I requested. I finally just paid to get them off my back, but then they charged me a fee for not paying within the time period. Seriously, they are dumb. I don't even know how else to describe them or their service model.
